Diabetics: How to get a “towel hanger” with your wife

You know what a “towel hanger” is? LOL. Yeah, you could hang a towel on your erection and it would still be straight as an arrow.

Yup. Like we used to have all the time (especially at the wrong moments, LOL, like in Ms. Summers’ class…)

It’s not fair. Having diabetes is a double whammy. Blood sugar problems and often hard-on problems.

Fortunately, there is a natural way to fix diabetes symptoms AND restore erections in men…

This fixes diabetic symptoms AND the erection problems in diabetic men

How to stop producing performance-killing prolactin.

That one is too hard… that one is too soft… ahh… that one is just right.

It’s the classic story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. (What did you think I was talking about?)

And when it comes to hormones in your body, most of them fall into what I call the Goldilocks Zone.

You need the RIGHT amount (not too little, not too much) to get optimum performance.

Not just in your sex life, but also for your life in general.

Hormones can affect your motivation, your mood, your muscle tone – and of course your sexual performance.

And, nope, sorry, this article isn’t about testosterone. Come back next week LOL. Today w
e’re talking about prolactin.

Prolactin is a hormone. Most guys have never heard of it.

But it’s super-important to get it just right in your body.

What the heck is prolactin anyway?

Like estrogen, prolactin is often thought of as a female hormone.

It helps women produce breast milk (and can even stimulate breast milk production in men – but rarely).

[cmamad id=”13159″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]
But prolactin is important for men too, just as estrogen is.

Granted, the quantity of prolactin that men produce SHOULD be much less than the quantity that women produce.

But that doesn’t mean these hormones aren’t important.

“Men and non-pregnant women also produce prolactin.”

Too much prolactin causes stress (especially in men).

Men with high prolactin will definitely feel: “I’m stressed out.”

Stress and prolactin have a weird relationship.

Stress increases prolactin and prolactin increases stress, resulting in a nasty negative spiral.

“Prolactin levels have been shown to be increased by different types of psychosocial stress.”

And men who report burnout have much higher levels of prolactin than men who don’t.

“Men who reported burnout exhibited significantly higher (34%) serum prolactin levels compared to men who reported no burnout.”

Too much prolactin also causes libido problems (low desire) and erection problems.

And this makes sense.

Because, let’s face it, if you are feeling really stressed out, your sexual appetite and performance are also likely to fall by the wayside.

(Weirdly, for women stress often improves their sexual appetite – but that would be a different article).

“Studies have found that high prolactin levels in men are linked to low sexual desire and erectile dysfunction, and men suffering from such conditions are sometimes tested for high prolactin levels.”

Here is a chart that shows some of the negative effects of high prolactin levels in men.

So if you’re having problems with your sexual performance or libido, or feeling really stressed out, you should consider asking your doctor to check your prolactin levels to see if they are out of normal range.

Your doctor might not think of this possible cause for your problems on their own.

Reducing prolactin naturally

Sometimes men don’t like it when I tell them this next bit. But I’ve promised that I’m always going to tell you the truth – 100% of the time. So here it is:
One thing that produces A LOT of prolactin in men’s bodies (besides psycho-social stress) is ejaculations.

Sorry, but the more ejaculations you have, the more prolactin your body produces.

That’s why you get sleepy after you come. Prolactin does that.

Now, does that mean no sex?

OMG – NO!!! Sex is the best thing in the world for guys – and one of my favorite things in life.

But it does mean cutting back on masturbation for most guys.

And there is a really amazing kind of sex that we go over in our courses called Nirvana sex. It is completely mind-blowing.

Prolactin is important, but too much of it can make you really, really miserable.

It’s one of those sneaky hormones that most people don’t know much about, but it has a huge impact on your health.

 1. What is the cause of low testosterone in males?
Testosterone is the wonder hormone that gives a man the power of the Alpha gene ,that helps him dominate life as well as the bedroom. But low levels of Testosterone have been seen to cause setbacks which could be challenging for the Individual. The under activity of the testes is usually what causes the low formation of testosterone. This under activity can be caused by natural factors ,not only because of ageing but also  illness or accidents. There may be inherited conditions , such as a case of undescended testicles or Hemochromatosis .When the testicles fail to descend from the abdomen before birth, it can cause problems in the secretion of testosterone.Hemochromatosis is a physical condition where too much iron in the blood causes pituitary organ damage or testicular failure.Sometimes accidents can cause damage to both testicles, thus affecting  testosterone levels. It has also been found that Cancer patients who have undergone chemotherapy treatments or radiation do suffer testicular damage.Any health issues that may have caused damage to the pituitary gland or the hypothalamus ,also affect the secretion of testosterone. Some cases like small tumors or kidney failure may also cause pituitary disorders that may affect testosterone formation. Health disorders that are related to the Hypothalamus gland such as the “Kallmann syndrome” does also affect the levels of testosterone. Some of the Natural conditions that can cause imbalance in the testosterone levels is aging and obesity. High fat levels can affect hormone production .It has also been found that steroids and pain medications can also affect the normal functioning of the hypothalamus and pituitary gland.

2. How can prolactin levels be increased?
Prolactin  is usually related to women but it is a lesser known fact that Men have this hormone too. Similar to Estrogen, this hormone is important in the normal functioning of the body ecosystem. Some studies have shown that low prolactin levels may cause low sexual drive among men. Though it is normally believed that high prolactin levels affect the sexual libido of men, the opposite to this is also true.Prolactin  is specifically controlled by dopamine which is a neurotransmitter. With the decrease in dopamine levels, the levels of prolactin increases in the body. It has also been found that a increase in estrogen levels also increases the level of Prolactin levels .Some natural products that contain estrogen such as soy and yam roots can help in increasing the prolactin levels in men. It has also been found that low prolactin levels affects psychological health as well as may cause increased levels of depression that can also bring down prolactin levels. Other medications that can increase prolactin levels are the antihypertensive drugs methyldopa and reserpine.Antipsychotic medications like phenothiazines and  butyrophenones has also been found to increase prolactin.
