How do you fix aging eyes this way?

—-Important Message—

How would your life change if your testosterone went through the roof?

Imagine it…

Your abs are becoming firmer and stronger each day…you can feel them tight in your body…

…your gut is hard now, not floppy.

…and you’re noticing each week that you take your belt in another notch – you’re gaining good hard lean muscle everywhere.

But more than that…

…you notice that you’re becoming hornier and hornier…you get semis in the shower or when you see a pretty girl…

…you also notice that men step back a little bit when you walk past…they recognize you with respect, even a little fear.

And women can’t stop touching you…did that waitress really make a pass at you? Is the coffee girl touching your arm for a reason? It’s mindblowing…

And it’s ALL the result of this weird testosterone-raising shake (caution: it tastes a bit bitter)the shake is flipping the switch on your testosterone production…now your testicles are pumping out the T like they did when you were a teenager. Life is WILD again!

Your superman testosterone secret is in this simple shake you drink with breakfast…and you are rocking her world now…

Stop eye aging…this is really important

Many men have one of these…

Apart from its impossible name, a pterygium is not usually anything to worry about.

It’s pronounced “ta-RIDGE-ium” – and that’s not a bad description because it’s a ridge or a bump on your cornea, the surface of your eye.

And it happens with normal aging for many men…it’s an important symptom and I’ll tell you about it here and how to fix general eye aging.

A pterygium is harmless unless it grows bigger. Then it can obscure your vision. At that point, it usually needs to be cut out surgically.

[cmamad id=”15660″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

But it will often grow back.

There is much discussion about how to prevent that from happening.

But for many men who have the operation, it does grow back.

I don’t know about you, but I prefer prevention to a questionable cure.

So I looked into this lump that’s apparently so harmless we don’t need to think about it…

Until we do.

So what is this pterygium? A lump of what?

A lump or a tumor is a mass…an overgrowth of cells.

And surfers are more prone to pterygia than anyone – given their prolonged exposure to sun, sand, and salt water.

“Pterygium is a vascular pink tissue that can grow from the conjunctiva onto the cornea…Pterygium are benign (not malignant) tumors.”

In case you were wondering, the word “tumor” is nothing to worry about here…

“Pterygia do not invade the eye, sinuses, or brain. They do not spread to other parts of the body (metastasize).”

This study found a substance that causes cells to proliferate, or overgrow, in the pterygium:

“CTGF is present in the epithelium of a majority of pterygia and probably contributes to fibrosis.”

Fibrosis is the same process that forms scar tissue.

It’s also associated with the creation of new blood vessels, another part of the pterygium puzzle…

People with a pterygium often have red eyes too.

Close up, you sometimes see blood vessels wriggling out from the corner of the eye.

We associate red eyes with smoking, drinking, and late nights.

Maybe too much computer screen time.

These are stresses. So is ultraviolet radiation from sunlight.

Stresses of all kinds cause inflammation and affect our energy.

Growing more blood vessels is one way your body tries to deal with this kind of stress.

According to this study, there are more blood vessels in the pterygium than in the unaffected part of the eye surface…

“Pterygium tissues were more vascularized than normal conjunctivae…”

More blood vessels… inflammation… fibrosis.

In a nutshell, that’s how a pterygium forms.

Even if your pterygium is not bothering you, you might want to keep an eye on it…

I don’t know if you can shrink a pterygium without surgery.

But perhaps we should do what we can to keep it from growing any further…

Inflammation followed by fibrosis – these happen to other parts of the body too…

…and it’s never good.

It can affect your heart, lungs, kidneys. It can cause cirrhosis of the liver and cancer.

So a pterygium is a body signal, if you like, for you to watch.

Something quite minor on the surface, with a health message that goes much deeper.

Here are some things that work against fibrosis – and they should make your pterygium feel more comfortable, less itchy, and less dry:

  • The cornea needs a lot of Vitamin B2. Liver, milk, and mushrooms are good sources.
  • Vitamin B3 provides the energy that the body is desperately searching for when fibrosis occurs.
  • Caffeine can increase cell energy.
  • Protect your eyes from the sun.

Liver, milk, mushrooms, and coffee are good sources of these B vitamins.

You can achieve a lot of other health goals with these foods too.

And here are the key things to avoid …

Estrogen and PUFAs (polyunsaturated fatty acids) stifle energy.

You can reduce their effects and give your health a boost with these simple measures:

  • Aspirin
  • Coffee
  • Replacing your fats with saturated fats such as coconut oil and butter

There are so many reasons to lower estrogen and avoid PUFAs, and eye health is just one more of those reasons!

Here’s how to cleanse fibrosis from the chambers of your penis…

Imagine fibrosis in the penis as an old water pipe you dig up out of the ground – full of mineral deposits that clog the pipe and keep water from flowing…

The same thing happens to the penile chambers – less and less blood comes through. That’s called penile fibrosis.

Luckily, there’s a simple drink you can have with your breakfast that runs through the penile chambers and dissolves any plaque, scarring, and blockage…

…leaving clean and sensitive nerve endings that feel every touch again.

Even if you haven’t had good erections in a while, you may be able to restore the health of your penis and make it fatter, bigger…and work much better and longer…

…by ending penile fibrosis.

Imagine cleaning the gunk out of that old water pipe with a high-powered water jet – making it as good as new.

Here’s a natural breakfast drink that acts as a deep cleanse for penile fibrosis and restores great erections…you’ll even get bigger.
