Slow gut transit = “rockiness” problems in men

Slow gut transit injures men’s testosterone-making Leydig cells.

—–Important Message—–

For the man who wants harder, bigger, longer-lasting erections…

Over the years, the penis loses sensitivity – that’s called desensitization.

All men suffer from desensitization as they get older – and it causes ED.

Luckily, I stumbled on a simple two-second change in focus that effectively makes a man “snap to attention” and keep his erection for 30 minutes to an hour.

It’s pure magic, pure bliss. But don’t take my word for it. Here’s one of the hundreds of testimonials I get from guys who now use this simple 2-second change in focus to entirely transform their lives:

Here is the 2-second change in focus that lets your erection last as long as you want – and lets you feel more, and more, and more!

Slow gut transit = erection problems in men

How do you know that food is moving too slowly through your gut?

Do you have two or more bowel movements each day?

If you only have one, or less than one, you are technically suffering from constipation.

And doctors don’t know what causes constipation – but you will find out in today’s ultra-important newsletter.

Constipation results from slow bowel action. Or, as scientists say, slow gut transit time.

This slow action allows the waste matter to pile up.

If your bowel is fast in its muscle activity, it expels waste quickly.

You may even have a bowel movement after each meal.

(This is what happens with little babies.)

[cmamad id=”16032″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

However, as we get older our bowel slows down.

When bowel action is really slow, we get constipation – chronic constipation is called “idiopathic” constipation (meaning doctors don’t know what causes it).

In this study, done in Pakistan, 1/3 of medical students had chronic constipation and over 1/2 of hospital patients had chronic constipation.

The numbers are probably even worse in the West.

Constipation always accompanies or is caused by a slow bowel.

You definitely want to have a fast bowel, not a slow one.

That’s because endotoxins are one of the most powerful causes of chronic diseases.

Endotoxins are produced by fermentation of bacteria, fungi, and viruses in the gut.

The gut processes what you can think of as raw sewage. Yes, that’s gross. But it’s true.

If our gut can process it quickly, we get rid of it quickly… Then our endotoxin levels are much lower.

This Russian study evaluated the endotoxins present in patients suffering from severe constipation to the point of needing medical treatment.

Endotoxin levels were very high at the beginning.

After surgery, endotoxin levels dropped significantly.

“In patients with chronic constipation, there is a significant increase in the concentration of endotoxin in the blood as compared with the comparison group.”

I have found there are several things that can help constipation – and none of them include taking constipation treatments from the drugstore.

This is a simple study that was done in Iran with about 30 participants.

All of these young people had chronic constipation.

When they were given walking exercise – just walking – their constipation got significantly better just from the walking.

The research revealed some interesting findings…

Constipation can occur in young people or old people and it is just as bad and no different.

Also, walking alleviates constipation.

Severe constipation got more moderate, and moderate constipation gave way to normal bowel movements.

Walking just made everything better. Not 100% fixed, but a lot better.

Also, constipation was equally common at any BMI (body mass index).

Fat people or thin people were equally susceptible to constipation – just like age, BMI or fat levels were not a factor.

In this study, the participants walked for one hour each day.

But the researchers speculate that one hour every other day may be enough (or 30 minutes per day).

It’s certainly best if you can walk every day…

So if you don’t have time for that hour of walking, what about 1/2 hour?

That may significantly increase the speed at which your bowel gets rid of waste products (endotoxins) and eliminate constipation in one fell swoop.

Cut endotoxins and raise testosterone

This drink cuts down on endotoxins by up to 73%.

The result? A much higher libido and a return to your youthful sexual prowess.

Here’s the drink that cuts endotoxins, improves your sexual performance, and lets you look at women with a big confident smile.
