Get her doing all the attraction work for you

Imagine being able to walk up to a cute woman you’ve never met, introduce yourself, and use a single line to grab her attention…

The perfect line, so simple and yet guaranteed to work…

And then…that’s it. You’re done.

Now you just have to wait for that fuse to burn and sparks to fly.

Because just as she starts looking for a way to write you off…

Her heart starts beating faster… her face starts getting flushed…

It’s a feeling that takes over her mind and causes her to crave you like an addiction.

So when she feels it – and believe me, she’s been waiting her whole life to feel it…

She’ll actually go out of her way to justify why she feels it.

And now she’s doing all the talking, she’s giving you her number, she’s inviting you back to her place…

No matter how far from her “physical type” you were a minute ago, now she’s convincing herself that you’re exactly what she wants.

And as crazy as this may sound…

She’ll start seducing herself for you… even in broad daylight!

So what happens next? Find out here…

This overlooked vitamin rejuvenates your stem cells

You may not be aware of it but your blood is highly adaptive and reactive.

Under periods of extreme stress your body may need to produce a hell of a lot of blood cells very quickly…

This is done by blood stem cells.

Blood stem cells need to be able to “wake up” and quickly produce massive numbers of new blood cells.

But they also need to be able to “go back to sleep” very quickly or they can lead to other problems — potentially including leukemia.

The rapid flexibility of these blood stem cells plays a large role in your overall health…

Influencing things like ability to handle infection and blood loss and your risk of developing cancer.

Researchers have discovered that vitamin A is essential for keeping these blood stem cells in good shape.

The human research was carried out at the German Cancer Research Center in Heidelberg. The paper was published in Cell.

Many specialized cells, such as in the skin, gut or blood, have a lifespan of only a few days.

Therefore, steady replenishment of these cells is indispensable.

Blood cells arise from so-called “adult” stem cells that divide continuously.

Blood cells have a very short shelf life. They only live a few days.

They are produced by other cells called dormant haematopoietic stem cells.

“Dormant hematopoietic stem cells (dHSCs) are atop the hematopoietic hierarchy.”

Hematopoiesis is the scientific name for the production of all blood and blood plasma elements.

It is the process through which the body manufactures blood cells.

Most of the time these cells are asleep. But they need to wake up quickly and produce blood cells when needed.

Then they need to go back to sleep just as rapidly.

Scientists believe that this protects them from mutations that may lead to leukemia.

Yet, prior to this study, little was known about what helps these blood stem cells retain their flexibility.

“The molecular identity of dHSCs and the mechanisms regulating their maintenance or exit from dormancy remain uncertain.”

In these experiments, the researchers discovered that retinoic acid plays a major role in the flexibility of blood stem cells.

Retinoic acid is a metabolite of animal-based vitamin A.

“The transition from dormancy toward cell-cycle entry is a continuous developmental path associated with upregulation of biosynthetic processes rather than a stepwise progression.”

The experiments showed that vitamin A is essential for the ability of blood stem cells to wake up and to go back to sleep.

Animals on a vitamin A deficient diet showed impaired functioning of the blood stem cells…

…and an inability to adapt to everyday stresses caused by inflammation.

“Mice maintained on a vitamin A-free diet lose HSCs and show a disrupted re-entry into dormancy after exposure to inflammatory stress stimuli.”

The blood is an essential part of the immune system.

And though this discovery is quite new…

We have known for a very long time that real vitamin A is essential for optimal immune function.

This research shows that one of the reasons why vitamin A is essential for immune function is that it helps to regulate blood stem cells.

“Our results highlight the impact of dietary vitamin A on the regulation of cell-cycle-mediated stem cell plasticity.”

The authors of the paper also stated in an interview that they believe the understanding of this mechanism may lead the way to new cancer treatment in future.

“Once we understand in detail how vitamin A or retinoic acid, respectively, sends normal and malignant stem cells into dormancy, we can try to turn the tables… If we could make cancer cells temporarily enter an active state, we could thus make them vulnerable to modern therapies.”

Do not be confused about vitamin A supplements…

Plant-based supplements like beta carotene are not effective replacements for retinol

The real form of vitamin A which only comes from animal sources.

In fact, plant-based “vitamin A” supplements like beta carotene do more harm than good.
