Hi, I’m Dr. Umer Khan, and I’ve been studying certain highly effective foods and natural compounds that have incredible rockiness-boosting effects.

They’re scientifically proven to help men get erections more easily, stay rocky for longer, and prevent coming too soon.

And they’re working for all kinds of men, no matter what the root cause of their erections problems.

I’ve also discovered certain exercises that help the parts of the body responsible for the erectile process (both the physical and mental aspects) function much better.

And these exercises are helping men produce better rocky ones right when they need them.

Now what I’ve done is combine all of this stuff into 1 practical, easy to use protocol for men to use.

A simple protocol that any man can use to eradicate many major root causes of erections problems without going anywhere near Big Pharma treatments.

This 1 exercise is treating anxiety better than tablets for so many men

Americans LOVE SSRI treatments. These are treatments like Prozac and Lexapro, which are commonly used to treat depression.

Astoundly in a little less than 30 years, the use of these treatments has gone up an eye-popping 3,000%!

From 1991 to 2018, total ‘scripts’ of SSRI and SNRI ‘treatments’ rose by 3001%. Total Medicaid spending on SSRIs and SNRIs increased from USD 64.5 million to USD 2 billion in 2004, then decreased steadily until it reached USD 755 million in 2018.

That type of increase is mind boggling.Especially considering some of the side effects that these treatments have.

It’s well documented that these treatments can REALLY screw up your sex life.

Among the sexual side effects most commonly associated with SSRIs are delayed ejaculation and absent or delayed orgasm. Sexual desire (libido) and arousal difficulties are also frequently reported, although the specific association of these disorders to SSRI use has not been consistently shown.

I’ve seen these problems over and over again in the men that I work with.

Now, a little word of warning here. If you are on SSRI antidepressants, don’t quit cold turkey!

This can cause problematic withdrawal symptoms.

Work with your doctor if you want to get off any Rx treatments – especially SSRIs.

Antidepressant withdrawal is possible if you abruptly stop taking an antidepressant, particularly if you’ve been taking it longer than four to six weeks. Symptoms of antidepressant withdrawal are sometimes called antidepressant discontinuation syndrome and typically last for a few weeks.

Personally, I’m tired of hearing that the solution to depression is just a tablet away.

Especially since the tablets have such nasty side effects and problems with potential withdrawal.

Here’s the good news…

University of South Australia researchers are calling for exercise to be a mainstay approach for managing depression.

A new study shows that physical activity is 1.5 times more effective than counseling or the leading treatments.

Our review shows that physical activity interventions can significantly reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety in all clinical populations, with some groups showing even greater signs of improvement.

That’s right, folks. Exercise is the answer to managing your depression – not just SSRIs.

In fact, exercise is MORE effective at making you happier than the popular SSRI tablets, and has tons of physical benefits as well.

It doesn’t even take very long to get significant relief. The review showed that exercise interventions that were 12 weeks or shorter were most effective at reducing mental health symptoms…

…highlighting the speed at which physical activity can make a change.

And in even better news… you can literally do ANY type of exercise that you enjoy to get these mood boosting benefits.

We also found that all types of physical activity and exercise were beneficial, including aerobic exercise such as walking, resistance training, Pilates, and yoga.

Don’t let anyone tell you that SSRIs are the only solution.

I’m not telling you never to take them. They are good tools for some people.

But you might also want to consider that you can keep moving, and stay active to toss depression out on its ear!Big Pharma doesn’t have all the answers – not even close.

Anxious? Try these solo and partner activities that increase oxytocin — the feel good hormone that produces more happiness and intimacy

I’ve perfected a few simple bedroom activities you can do alone or with a partner to immediately start increasing oxytocin, the feel good hormone.

And as soon as you start doing one or more of these activities, you are building up more and more oxytocin in your body naturally.

You are restarting or increasing the natural production of oxytocin in the brain, and you’re feeling more pleasure and more happiness…

You’re feeling more connected to your wife or girlfriend…more in love and desired…

And if you’re single, you have the confidence to go after any girl — and she wants you even more than you want her.

Take it from this guy who’s been succeeding with these oxytocin-building activities:

“Well I’ll be damned… I did EXACTLY what you recommended, and it actually worked.

F*cking genius. Got a lot of great responses.

And just last night, this tattooed, pierced hipster chick came right over and f*cked me absolutely silly.”

Don’t miss out — get the benefits of more oxytocin right now for free
