If you lack this vitamin, you probably have diabetes symptoms… Read this if you or someone you know is prediabetic or diabetic…

—-Important Message for Men with Diabetes—-

In 1860, they created a compound that cures diabetes… And then they covered it up…

More than 150 years ago, scientists discovered how to create a compound from willow tree bark…

And it turns out that this compound can cure diabetes in as little as 2 weeks.

They did hundreds of studies and no one got type 2 diabetes anymore – thanks to this discovery.

But then the pharmaceutical and medical industries suppressed, ignored, and buried this simple remedy – with the discovery of PROFITABLE insulin in 1920.

And ever since then, selling medications for diabetes is a $50 billion industry.

There is NO money in curing diabetes the way they did in 1860.

Even rich people who ate their fill of fatty meats, seafood, bread, and sugar did not get diabetes in 1860 – thanks to this newly rediscovered compound.

Here’s how you can use this compound NOW to get rid of type 2 diabetes at home… And you probably already have it in the house…

Not a blood sugar problem but a vitamin deficiency

Vitamin C was the first vitamin to be mass produced in 1933.

It is on the World Health Organization’s list of essential medicines.

We need this water-soluble vitamin for dozens of processes in the body.

It can protect against infection…

And balancing vitamin C levels can lower the risk of many chronic diseases.

Recent research shows that vitamin C can lower blood pressure and improve glycemic control in people with type 2 diabetes.

These researchers carried out human trials at the Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition, School of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, Deakin University, Geelong, Australia. The journal Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism published the results.

In this study, they used ascorbic acid – the most commonly available synthetic form of vitamin C.

“We investigated whether ascorbic acid supplementation improves postprandial glucose responses in people with type 2 diabetes.”

They looked at the effect of vitamin C on blood sugar.

The study also looked at the effect of vitamin C on blood pressure.

“A secondary aim was to investigate the effect of ascorbic acid supplementation on blood pressure.”

They recruited 31 men and women into the study. The study lasted eight months in total.

All of the participants took vitamin C for four months.

And the researchers followed up for another four-month period where the participants did not take any vitamin C.

“31 participants were enrolled in a randomized crossover study involving four months of supplementation with ascorbic acid.”

They gave the participants 500 mg of ascorbic acid twice a day during the active part of the trial.

[cmamad id=”24321″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

And they saw significant changes in markers of blood sugar management.

Vitamin C supplementation led to much lower postprandial glucose measurements.

“Following supplementation, significant decreases of daily post-prandial glucose were observed.”

This means the participants were able to manage their blood sugar better after meals.

Vitamin C also significantly decreased their high blood sugar.

”Hyperglycemia decreased by 2.8 hours per day.”

Average blood glucose levels were decreased after vitamin C supplementation.

“Significant decreases were observed in average 24-hour glucose -0.8 mmol/L.”

The researchers also found significant decreases in blood pressure.

Vitamins C led to an average decrease of seven points in systolic blood pressure.

“Following vitamin C supplementation systolic blood pressure was decreased by -7mmHg.”

Systolic is the first number given in a blood pressure reading; diastolic blood pressure is the second number.

Systolic blood pressure is the figure that doctors are usually concerned about.

But, indeed, vitamin C supplementation also led to lower diastolic blood pressure.

“Vitamin C led to a five-point decrease in diastolic blood pressure.”

Long-term use of a moderate amount of vitamin C can improve blood sugar control.

“People with type 2 diabetes experienced improved postprandial and 24-hour glycemic after four months of ascorbic acid supplementation.”

Consistent use of vitamin C can also lower blood pressure in people with type 2 diabetes.

“…with type 2 diabetes…had decreased blood pressure after four months of ascorbic acid supplementation compared to placebo.”

Researchers recommend using vitamin C (ascorbic acid) in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.

“These findings offer evidence for the proposed use of ascorbic acid as an adjunct therapy to improve glycemic and blood pressure control in people with type 2 diabetes.”

The dose used in this study was about 1,000 mg of vitamin C per day.

And this is more than most people would realistically get from food.

But many fruits have a good amount of vitamin C.

Citrus fruits and kiwifruit are high in natural vitamin C.

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner for the treatment or diagnosis of any health-related problems.
