Big Pharma’s testosterone treatments actually just increase estrogen levels in men… But this natural T-booster raises testosterone WITHOUT increasing harmful estrogen…

—-Important Message—-

One bite of this naturally raises testosterone

I pop it in my mouth and I feel a surge of male confidence.

Because this increases my testosterone WITHOUT raising harmful estrogen, and it works in minutes.

Would you like to increase your testosterone in just a few minutes?

For when you want to have sex, or when you want some extra “oomph” when working out, or maybe on a date.

Because raising your testosterone is the best thing you can do as a man…

In older men an optimal plasma testosterone is associated with reduced all-cause mortality and higher dihydrotestosterone with reduced ischemic heart disease mortality, while estradiol levels do not predict mortality

Having high testosterone can actually make you live longer.

But here’s the clincher – how do you just pop something in your mouth and increase your natural testosterone?

Most testosterone treatments don’t work – use this instead

A lot of the stuff we buy is just a big fat racket to make other people loads of money.

It doesn’t make us any happier or healthier. It mostly just sucks our wallets dry.

And this includes a laundry list of dietary supplements – otherwise known as vitamins.

This probably sounds super-strange coming from me.

You may know that I’m a big fan of supplements – but only ones that work.

I go into detail on what works and what doesn’t in a lot of my courses.

Look, we all know that Big Pharma runs a huge business on treatments that sometimes do more harm than good…

But it seems like supplement companies also run ridiculously big businesses on products that, though they may not harm you, don’t do any good at all.

I want to be clear here… I’m not telling you to go off any supplements (or Big Pharma drugs) if you and your doctor think they are helping you.

But I am telling you to be careful of what you’re taking and do it with your eyes wide open.

Supplemental vitamins and minerals for CVD prevention and treatment

Common multivitamins are pretty much a scam.

If you were taking something that was supposed to improve your health, but it had zero benefits – what would you do?

I’d at least want to know about it so I could make an informed decision… and that’s why I’m writing this article…

So you will know the facts and can make an informed decision.

Here’s the deal…

According to a new study led by researchers at St. Michael’s Hospital and the University of Toronto:

“The most commonly consumed vitamin and mineral supplements provide no consistent health benefit or harm…”

[cmamad id=”22813″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

No consistent benefit! Holy cow…

That’s a pretty big deal for stuff that’s touted to make you healthier.

And to make matters worse, taking supplements is incredibly common worldwide.

In the United States alone, well over half the population takes some kind of supplement.

Well over half of Americans take dietary supplements
But many of the benefits listed on the labels of common supplements are pretty much just made up.

The most common supplements show no advantage – zero, zilch – in preventing major diseases.

“Multivitamins, vitamin D, calcium, and vitamin C – the most common supplements – showed no advantage or added risk in the prevention of cardiovascular disease, heart attack, stroke, or premature death.”

That’s kind of crazy and it’s something to be VERY aware of.

I don’t know about you, but I like to spend my money where it’s the MOST effective.

So I try not to spend it where it will get no results.

But… That doesn’t mean ALL supplements are useless.

Sometimes supplements make you feel better (vitamin D3 in the winter for instance), even though they don’t show a reduction in disease.

And sometimes vitamins are used to address very specific problems and deficiencies.

The real thing is to be aware of why you are taking a supplement – and what it is and isn’t actually doing for you.

According to Dr. David Jenkins, lead author of the study:

“These findings suggest that people should be conscious of the supplements they’re taking and ensure they’re applicable to the specific vitamin or mineral deficiencies they have been advised of by their healthcare provider.”

Nothing replaces real food.

Here’s the thing…

Supplements can be helpful – if you take them with your eyes wide open…

But nothing replaces real food (that isn’t highly processed) for protective health benefits.

Dr. David Jenkins again:

“It’s most beneficial to rely on a healthy diet to get your fill of vitamins and minerals… So far, no research on supplements has shown us anything better than healthy servings of less processed plant foods including vegetables and fruits.”

Here’s a secret…

One of the best things you can eat for your overall health is ripe fruit.

People who eat lots of ripe fruit have longer lifespans and much higher overall health than people who don’t.

So replace your multivitamins with fruit and you’ll get a much better bang for your buck…

You might even live longer – and with better health.

Warning: Are you taking any of these blood pressure treatments?

I’ve discovered 5 blood pressure treatments that are killing men’s erections and increasing their chances of getting Alzheimer’s and even cancer…

And not even doctors are warning men about these deadly blood pressure treatments.

The only time you hear about it is when Big Pharma is forced to issue a recall, like this one:

One more pharmaceutical company issues recall of blood pressure medication due to cancer risks

But in the meantime, more and more men are being put on these dangerous blood pressure treatments and suffering terrible erection dysfunction, or worse…

So check your bottles — are you taking any of these?
