Men: add this to your coffee guilt free

Before you start reading today’s newsletter, I want you to do something – go and grab yourself a latte.

I’m also enjoying one myself while writing this.

Don’t get me wrong – I like fresh-brewed black coffee.

But I’ve always felt there’s something to a creamy latte.

You could say, “Matt, we know you like coffee, and you definitely like milk, so what’s the news?”

Well, I DO like those because I always strive for a better, more robust, and virile version of myself.

Coffee and Milk are SUPER helpful in that regard.

Let me tell you why.

Coffee protects men like me from estrogenicity, cardiovascular problems, inflammation, and neurodegeneration.

It helps me to have tremendous circulation power (ROCK HARD member), focus, and motivation to get things done and be a “rockstar” in life.

My testosterone and DHT levels are through the roof, thanks to it.

And milk?

Milk is a true wonder of nature…

It’s a nutritional powerhouse…

It provides us men with the calcium, protein, vitamins, and minerals our body needs.

The growth factors in it make my muscles grow at a faster rate at the gym.

These 2 are like a life hack for men…

… but TOGETHER, they create a work of art.

I’ve always trusted my taste buds; they didn’t let me down this time as well…

Because a brand new study has discovered that coffee and milk together produce reaction products with distinct anti-inflammatory properties.

This study was conducted at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. It was published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.

Coffee contains various polyphenols, such as caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid, which have potent antioxidant effects.

Milk contains multiple amino acids, including 9 essential ones for humans.

Apparently, according to this study, combining these amino acids and polyphenols doubles the anti-inflammatory effects of coffee.

To reach this conclusion, the researchers conducted an experiment in which they artificially provoked inflammation in immune cells.

They gave one group of cells only polyphenols.

The other group received a combination of polyphenols and amino acids.

This combination created something called “adduct,” a reaction product with immense antioxidant properties.

These “adducts” reduced the inflammation markers of the first group 2 TIMES MORE.

In other words, the combination was twice as good as reducing inflammation.

“Production of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and reactive oxygen species (ROS) was all inhibited by CA and CGA (P < 0.05). PGE2 and TNF-α were further suppressed in adduct-stimulated cells.”

This was due to the increased rate of absorbability of polyphenols with the addition of milk amino acids.

The researchers say that that rate is typically low.

“Because humans do not absorb that much polyphenol, many researchers are studying how to encapsulate polyphenols in protein structures which improve their absorption in the body. This strategy has the added advantage of enhancing the anti-inflammatory effects of polyphenols.”

These fast-forming substitutes make the combination of milk and coffee much more beneficial than black coffee.

“In the study, we show that as a polyphenol reacts with an amino acid, its inhibitory effect on inflammation in immune cells is enhanced. As such, it is clearly imaginable that this cocktail could also have a beneficial effect on inflammation in humans.

If you have sipped your latte while reading this, your body has already benefited from this “cocktail.”

If you haven’t had a chance to do that, add milk to your coffee next time.

Or better yet, go for a nice walk, go to your local coffee shop…

…grab a latte, and treat yourself.
