Meat is a health food for men
There’s propaganda against red meat.
Veganism and pseudo-meats have become extremely popular.
They tell people: “Meat is bad.”
Hundreds of studies are being funded by “undisclosed parties” with vested interests in promoting propaganda against meat consumption.
No matter what they say…
… one thing is certain: Meat is vital, especially for men.
Why?
Because meat is packed with high-quality proteins, iron, zinc, and vitamin B12, all of which are crucial for maintaining overall health and well-being.
Moreover, it provides the necessary nutrients for muscle growth, repair, and maintenance.
Men typically have higher muscle mass and require more protein intake than women, making meat a key dietary component for them.
I will tell you one thing…
…the credibility of most of the studies claiming that unprocessed meat is bad for you is shady.
These studies are often presented as unbiased and objective, but upon closer examination, their methodology and results are often suspect.
Because someone is profiting big time from them.
Fortunately, studies that remain untainted by corruption are still being published, despite facing censorship.
Here is one of them:
This study was conducted at the University of Washington. It was published in Nature Medicine.
This paper examines the relationship between unprocessed red meat consumption and six health outcomes: breast cancer, colorectal cancer, type 2 diabetes, ischemic heart disease (IHD), ischemic stroke, and hemorrhagic stroke.
The researchers systematically evaluated hundreds of epidemiological evidence on the association between unprocessed red meat consumption and each selected health outcome.
They found that unprocessed red meat was not associated with an increased risk of colorectal cancer, breast cancer, IHD, and type 2 diabetes, by at least 6%, 3%, 1%, and 1%, respectively.
Pretty insignificant if you ask me.
“We found weak evidence of association between unprocessed red meat consumption and colorectal cancer, breast cancer, type 2 diabetes, and ischemic heart disease.”
Under this same interpretation of the data, there was no evidence of an association between unprocessed red meat and ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke.
“Moreover, we found no evidence of an association between unprocessed red meat and ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke.”
They note that (just like I said) many studies conducted on this topic are questionable.
“Our analysis found a high degree of between-study heterogeneity and uncertainty in the existing body of evidence on the health effects of red meat intake.”
“Previous meta-analyses evaluating the effects of red meat intake have generated mixed findings and do not formally assess evidence strength.”
Unprocessed meat doesn’t make you susceptible to diseases, gentlemen.
On the contrary, it makes you resistant to them.
But I must emphasize one thing:
The quality and origin of the meat you consume are very important.
Processed and junk meat is NOT good for you.
But meat from a grass-fed animal is, on the other hand, a nutritional powerhouse.
