Can the wrong diet cause pain?

If you experience pain on a regular basis, then you need to make sure you read this article until the very end.

I have a feeling that it’s going to blow your mind.

First… let me acknowledge that there are many reasons that humans experience pain.

Pain can be a useful mechanism for knowing when something is wrong with your body that you need to get looked at.

That’s the case with injuries or diseases like cancer.

In those cases, pain is a useful tool that can help you treat real problems.

However, not all pain is created equal and not all pain is useful.

Some pain is chronic and becomes neurologically embedded, and other pain can be caused by diet.

In a mice study from the University of Texas at Dallas, researchers found that a high-fat diet can be linked to the experience of pain…

…even when there is no other reason for the pain.

That means the diet alone is causing the pain!

A new study in mice suggests that a short-term exposure to a high-fat diet may be linked to pain sensations even in the absence of a prior injury or a preexisting condition like obesity or diabetes.

The high-fat diet does this through a process called hyperalgesic priming.

This is the change that your brain goes through when it’s transitioning from acute pain (like from an injury), to chronic pain that you feel every day.

The study found that a high-fat diet induced hyperalgesic priming — a neurological change that represents the transition from acute to chronic pain — and allodynia, which is pain resulting from stimuli that do not normally provoke pain.

The researchers fed two groups of mice 2 types of chow.

The first group got regular food and the second group got high-fat food.

What they found was that even though the mice didn’t become obese or get diabetes they still experienced chronic pain.

“It became clear, surprisingly, that you don’t need an underlying pathology or obesity. You just needed the diet,” Burton said. “This is the first study to demonstrate the influential role of a short exposure to a high-fat diet to allodynia or chronic pain.”

High-fat diets are terrible for you.

It’s one of the reasons that I’m so against keto or Atkins types of diets, because they tend to be very high in fat.

When people eat a high-fat diet they set their body up for inflammation.

“The metabolites from the diet are causing inflammation before we see pathology develop,” Burton said. “Diet itself caused markers of neuronal injury.

That’s bad news. Not only does chronic inflammation caused by a high-fat diet set the body up for pain…

…chronic inflammation is also the underlying cause of so many diseases…

Including diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, allergies, and COPD.

Chronic inflammatory diseases are the most significant cause of death in the world. The World Health Organization (WHO) ranks chronic diseases as the greatest threat to human health.

The bottom line here is simple. You need fat in your diet, but not too much.

Too much fat leads to chronic inflammation, pain, and disease.

If you want to be healthy it’s important to adopt a diet that has lower fat content and that has the right kinds of fat in the diet.

Eating high-fat is a disaster for your health.

Why men need to be eating MORE sugar, not less

Old men burn fat. Young men burn sugar.

Many men believe sugar is a bad thing, but that is not the whole story.

In fact, men who eat sugar BURN sugar, and that is exactly what you want as a man.

Because sugar-burning men have higher testosterone, they have better male rockiness, their prostates are healthier, and they have less body fat overall.

Sugar-burning men last longer in bed, have more energy every day, and take less medications than fat-burning men.

So in order to restore the health and vitality you remember from decades ago, you need to restore a sugar-burning metabolism.

And I’ve found the easiest way to do this is by using the sippy cup activity — which you can have for free if you act fast…
