How to increase your testosterone naturally

If you exercise, the odds are that you’re depleted your testosterone.

But there are ways how to increase your testosterone naturally.

Supplementing with zinc has miracle powers in terms of raising testosterone in men.

And it’s the active form of testosterone, which is DHT.

Zinc should be taken in the gluconate form, zinc gluconate.

This form has the lowest amount of heavy metals such as cadmium.

I’ve written about cadmium in the past, and you want to use the cleanest thing possible.

Cadmium builds up in the body over decades and harms the organs.

So this is a study where they looked at giving zinc to men who had problems getting their wives pregnant.

They found that the men’s testosterone levels could be divided up into two groups.

Group 2 had testosterone over 480.

There was a striking increase in testosterone in all these men during the study.

Most impressively, DHT went up quite a lot too.

DHT is the type of testosterone that has an immediate benefit.

And don’t believe what they say about DHT causing hair loss — because it’s not true.

Sperm count went way up to, in case you’re interested in that.

Now let’s look at the effect of exercise, testosterone, and zinc.

Exercise and testosterone levels are directly related.

You’re not going to like this, but this is one of MANY studies showing that exercise lowers testosterone levels.

Especially exercise where you exhaust yourself… such as endurance exercise, or aerobic exercise.

They were not men who were used to exercising.

It turns out that giving them zinc raised the testosterone and thyroid levels to the normal amounts.

Exercise had no negative effect — so long as they had the zinc.

The results indicate that exercise decreases thyroid hormones and testosterone in sedentary men.

However, zinc supplementation prevents this decrease.

Administration of a physiologic dose of zinc can be beneficial to performance.

But it is not just weekend warriors who experience lower testosterone from exercise.

Even athletes experience lower testosterone and lower thyroid from exercise. Zinc reverses this!

How to increase your testosterone naturallyThis study used experienced, high-performance athletes.

Researchers studied these athletes after having them exercise to exhaustion.

They found that these men had much lower thyroid and lower testosterone.

Zinc reversed the testosterone and thyroid — and returned it to its normal levels.

Zinc is a proven way to boost testosterone levels after exercise, especially if you want to increase testosterone naturally.

How much do you think you should you take?

As always, please talk to your doctor before taking anything.

Don’t just listen to me.

I’m a health researcher — I’m not a doctor.

Personally, I would limit the amount of zinc that I take.

First of all, if you take too much zinc, eventually you’re going to develop a copper deficiency.

You need to have enough copper to handle the zinc.

The studies that I’ve shown you have not been done long enough to reveal any copper deficiency.

If you eat calf or lamb liver frequently, and oysters and seafood, you will get plenty of zinc and of copper naturally.

Liver contains generous amounts of copper, so it’s useful if you’re going to take zinc supplements.

If you do want to supplement with zinc gluconate, what I do is take anywhere from 10 mg to 50 mg per day.

And yes, I just finished some liver.

It was delicious.
