Huge news – this lowers dementia risk by 40%

Matt Cook here, and are you ready to hear some shocking news?

According to reputable research, low levels of vitamin D can increase your risk of dementia!

Vitamin D is often called the sunshine vitamin because your body makes it when your skin is exposed to sunlight.

You can also get vitamin D through supplementation.

In a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, people with low levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D were more likely to develop dementia.

Vitamin D is critical for many functions in your body…

But if getting some sun (the best way to get vitamin D) will help me prevent dementia, then I’m all in!

The scientists behind the study suggest that the optimal levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D should be between 25 and 50 nmols per liter.

You can find out what your vitamin D levels are through a simple blood test.

If your levels are below 25 nmol/L, you’re half again as likely to experience a stroke or dementia as those with levels of 50 nmol/L.

In fact, the study suggests that if everyone had 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels of 50 nmol/L, dementia diagnoses would drop by 17%.

17% is a huge number.

If we saw a drop of 17% in dementia across the board, it would mean fewer nursing homes, better experiences in old age, and less stress on family members.

That’s an amazing drop in the incidence of dementia.

Low vitamin D status was associated with neuroimaging outcomes and the risks of dementia and stroke even after extensive covariate adjustment. MR analyses support a causal effect of vitamin D deficiency on dementia but not on stroke risk.

It’s also important to remember that vitamin D is one of those goldilocks types of nutrients — you want just the right amount.

More isn’t better and less is very dangerous.

As I said earlier, sunshine is the best way to get vitamin D, but if you don’t get enough sunshine to keep your vitamin D at optimal levels…

What do you do?

You can take a supplement!

A group of researchers set out to determine if taking extra vitamin D supplements could reduce the risk of developing dementia.

And guess what? They found that it could!

In a ten-year study of more than 12,000 older adults, those taking vitamin D were 40 percent less likely to be diagnosed with dementia.

Read that again… 40% is a HUGE reduction in risk.

And the people in this study got that reduction just from taking a vitamin D supplement!

Across all formulations, vitamin D exposure was associated with significantly longer dementia-free survival and lower dementia incidence rate than no exposure (hazard ratio = 0.60, 95% confidence interval: 0.55–0.65). The effect of vitamin D on incidence rate differed significantly across the strata of sex, cognitive status, and APOE ε4 status.

It’s important to note that the earlier you start taking Vitamin D3, the more likely you are to experience benefit against cognitive decline.

But even though the benefit is bigger if you take vitamin D3 starting earlier in life, I would personally still start taking it in my 80s or even 90s.

I believe the health benefits are worth it.

And, as always, please talk to your doctor before starting any new supplement regimen.

Big Pharma may not want you to know this, but vitamin D could be the key to keeping your brain healthy and warding off dementia.

This penis workout grows the penis larger and fatter

Every blood vessel in the male member is surrounded by a type of muscle called smooth muscle.

And in men who have poor erections or no rockiness, their smooth muscle is very poor and very weak.

They have very poor, very weak penile muscles. Just like if they had weak biceps and couldn’t lift heavy weights.

But if you work out the smooth muscle in the male member… work it out like you would any other muscle…

…you can get bigger, better erections naturally, without doing anything but stroking your member a certain way.

And this is way better than lifting weights — it feels really good and it’s something pleasurable any man can do in the privacy of his own home.

Here’s the penis workout that grows the member larger and fatter in 21 days
