Using this powder to strip toxic heavy metals from the body

Thiamine is getting more popular day by day.

It is actually one of my favorite vitamins.

Thiamine helps to turn food into energy to keep the nervous system healthy.

It also enables our bodies to use carbohydrates as energy.

The more you eat carbohydrates, the more you need thiamine.

And since our bodies are not able to produce this vitamin, we need to source it from foods or supplements.

Deficiency of thiamine can cause fatigue, irritability, gut problems, sleep problems, etc.

Early symptoms are vague.

However, a severe thiamine deficiency results in a serious disease called Beriberi.

Beriberi is a nervous system disorder and it can lead to loss of walking, if left untreated it can be even FATAL.

The benefits of thiamine are countless…

Having said that, today we are gonna discuss another use of thiamine, which can be LIFESAVING…

This clinical study was conducted back in 1994 by Kumar et al. It was published in the Indian Journal of Pharmacology.

Although it is getting more prominent in the health industry…

…not many people know about health concerns caused by heavy metals.

The industrial activities of the last century have caused massive increases in human exposure to heavy metals.

We accumulate these heavy metals in our bodies in which they can lead to SERIOUS health problems.

They are highly TOXIC.

They get into our bodies and they disrupt cellular events.

Most common heavy metals are lead, arsenic, mercury and cadmium.

Also, they can induce various health problems like gastrointestinal and kidney dysfunction, nervous system disorders, skin lesions, vascular damage, immune system dysfunction, birth defects, and cancer…

The list is LONG.

In the study I mentioned above, the researchers already knew the dangers of these heavy metals…

Specifically LEAD, which is one of the most toxic ones.

Moreover, they have reviewed a couple of old studies in which thiamine is combined with lead in animals.

So, they wanted to test whether it can also be useful in humans.

Thus, they recruited 13 male individuals aged between 22-44 years.

They used a technique called spectrophotometry to estimate blood lead levels.

The patients were given 50mg of thiamine tablets twice a day for the first 3 months.

Then they doubled the dose, which they continued for 9 months.

The blood samples were drawn at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 months.

The results were very satisfactory.

“The blood lead levels decreased significantly from fourth month onwards after initiating thiamine therapy and there was approximately a 20% decrease at the end of 12 months treatment”

Such a LOW dosage of thiamine eliminated a fifth of the lead in the blood.

The research suggests that thiamine is a great agent in getting rid of lead.

It is also added that thiamine is very safe compared to other common chelators like EDTA which can cause side effects.

“The present study suggests that thiamine may be an useful agent in the individuals who are continuously exposed to low levels of lead. Moreover, use of nutrients for prolonged periods of chronic exposure to lead may be more useful as compared to chelating agents such as EDTA which may have deleterious side effects.”

So, if you suspect from lead poisoning you can try thiamine, which can have many other benefits as well.

Even if not, it is wise to reduce your exposure to lead.

It is found in things like paints, toys, jewelry, plastics, and some foods.

Living near industrial areas and airports are linked to high lead exposure as well.

Research also suggests that males are more prone to lead toxicity than females.

I also recommend avoiding canned foods and candies which are found to be high in lead.

Take some thiamine and eat some calcium-rich foods which are helpful in eliminating lead as well.
