How to find her G-Spot every single time — and make her gush

Guess what? The G-Spot is not a spot…

It’s a tube of stiffening tissue that surrounds the urethra.

The anatomically correct term is the urethral sponge.

Inside the urethral sponge are the Skene’s Glands (the female equivalent of the prostate).

These glands are what pulls liquid from her blood plasma and fills the tube with the fluid called Amrita, or ejaculate.

When she “squirts,” the fluid is released from the Skene’s Glands.

Wanna know how to make her squirt using it?

Simply put her in this 1 position…

Surprising radioactive material in ⅔ of our drinking water

Most of us assume that our drinking water is safe.

Considering that 90% of the people in the United States get their drinking water from municipal systems that are supposed to be closely regulated…

I get why people make this assumption.

Approximately 90 percent of U.S. residents rely on public drinking water systems, with most residents relying specifically on community water systems that serve the same population year-round.

The problem is that our water systems aren’t always safe.

Lead pipes that are causing lead poisoning have been in the news a lot in recent years…

But there are other problems in the water systems around the United States as well.

Some of them are likely to surprise you…

One of those problems is contamination with uranium and other metals.

To be clear, uranium is the radioactive material that’s used to power both nuclear power plants and nuclear bombs.

If uranium exposure gets too high it can cause real health problems.

Most people know that uranium can cause radiation poisoning…

But at lower levels than what causes radiation poisoning it can also cause high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney problems and cancer.

“Previous studies have found associations between chronic uranium exposure and increased risk of hypertension, cardiovascular disease, kidney damage, and lung cancer at high levels of exposure,” said Anne Nigra, PhD, assistant professor of Environmental Health Sciences at Columbia Mailman School of Public Health.

According to a study from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health on the nation’s water supply…

Up to two-thirds of households in the United States have detectable uranium in their water supply!

Two-thirds is a CRAZY high number.

That’s 2 out of 3 households that are drinking uranium in their regular drinking water.

Uranium is an underappreciated contaminant in US public drinking water systems, with 63·1% of available records reporting uranium detections and 2·1% of CWS averages (2000–11) exceeding the uranium MCL.

Most of these records of contamination were detectable uranium and not what is considered dangerous levels…

But I still find it astounding that nearly two-thirds of the US water supply has detectable levels of uranium in it!

And while these uranium levels aren’t high in most places, they are still concerning.

Even at low concentrations, uranium in particular represents an important risk factor for the development of chronic diseases.

It’s also important to note that where the uranium levels are higher than they should be is not because of the geology of the sites.

It’s because the water isn’t being treated properly.

Concentration disparities are a failure of regulatory policy or treatment rather than underlying geology.

One of the things that I actually recommend that can help with this at least a little is not to drink water just for the sake of drinking water.

I think that most of the advice out there about drinking eight glasses of water a day is pretty bad for your health.

Instead you should be drinking coffee, milk, or juice most of the time.

That being said, you can get water filters that take out the radioactive materials and other metals in your water.

I think these are a good idea, because while municipal water may not be a poison that will kill you right out of the tap…

It is something that you can’t really control, and filtering it gives you a lot more control.

What you put into your body matters and that includes the water that you drink, cook and wash with.

I’ve discovered a toxic chemical hiding in 80% of all toilet paper brands…

And every time we wipe ourselves with this toilet paper, toxins go directly through our skin and into our bloodstream…

Almost like we’re giving ourselves a toxic enema!

And this toxin is directly linked to prostate problems in men, even cancer.

So here are the toilet paper brands to avoid if you want to protect your prostate
