How do male stars keep it up and do it again and again?

Recently I was hanging out on the set of one of “those” movies, you know… the triple X kind?

And I’m there witnessing a man, at the ripe old age of 70, maintain a strong boner for up to 6 hours!

In front of hot studio lights, with cameramen watching.

And he does it like it’s nothing.

In fact, he’s shooting over 300 of “those” movies a year and still going strong.

Quite frankly, I’m in awe. So afterwards, I ask him…

“What makes it possible for you to be “rocky” for hours and do all these girls? When you are over 70?”

And he winks and takes me back to his dressing room, where he shows me what he eats before every shoot.

“Anyone eating these foods will get these results,” he says.

So what is it he’s eating? Just eat one of these 5 foods each day…

Are you getting enough of this manly mineral?

Zinc is a highly important nutrient, and most American adults don’t consume enough.

As people get older, the ability to absorb zinc decreases – so many people need even more zinc than the RDA suggests.

Zinc is well known to help boost testosterone and lower estrogen.

It also has profound effects on the immune system…

…revitalizing the aged thymus gland, which superchargers natural resistance to infectious disease.

But zinc has many other critical functions.

In one study, researchers found that zinc lowers insulin resistance and inflammation in children with obesity and metabolic syndrome.

Everyone should be taking care to make sure that they’re getting enough zinc…

…whether through high-zinc foods like oysters, or by zinc supplementation.

The human experiments were carried out at the Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in Iran. The findings were published in Metabolic Syndrome Related Disorders.

This study was interested in the effect of zinc on a broad range of health parameters.

These included inflammatory proteins, cholesterol, insulin resistance and body weight (BMI).

The researchers recruited 60 obese children for their experiments.

This was a blinded, randomized, placebo-controlled, crossover trial.

The participants were split into 2 groups of 30.

In the first part of the experiment, one group received 20mg of elemental zinc per day – this was in the form of zinc sulfate.

At the same time, the other group received a visually similar but completely inactive placebo supplement.

The participants had their biomarkers tested before and after that 8 week period.

Then there was a 4-week break where no supplements were taken.

After that month-long break, the roles were reversed.

Those who had received placebo previously now got zinc supplements – and vice versa.

Again, neither the participants nor the researchers knew who was getting the real zinc supplements.

Similarly, the researchers took biomarkers before and after this second 8 week period.

The researchers found significant reductions in LDL-cholesterol in all of the children during the period those children were taking zinc supplements.

“Irrespective of the order of receiving zinc and placebo, in both groups, significant decreases were documented for this LDL cholesterol.”

The researchers looked at high-sensitivity C-reactive protein.

C-reactive protein is one of the primary inflammatory markers in the body.

C-reactive protein goes up with metabolic diseases like type II diabetes and metabolic syndrome.

It goes higher as these diseases get worse.

C-reactive protein decreased in both groups only when they were taking zinc.

C-reactive protein actually increased in both groups when they were taking the placebo.

“C-reactive protein decreased significantly after receiving zinc, but increased after receiving placebo.”

The fact that C-reactive protein was significantly increased in the participants over only 8 weeks…

…shows that their condition was rapidly getting worse.

Zinc was quickly able to push this primary marker of inflammation and metabolic disorder in the right direction.

The study also assessed insulin resistance.

This happens when the body is producing enough insulin, but blood sugar levels remain elevated.

Again, insulin resistance improved only when the participants were taking zinc supplements.

“Markers of insulin resistance significantly decreased after receiving zinc but again increased in the placebo groups.”

The researchers also found that zinc was able to reverse increasing BMI.

Body mass index (BMI) is a simple calculation of body weight relative to height.

Unless somebody is pulling on a hell of a lot of muscle, higher BMI usually means they are gaining fat.

“After receiving zinc, BMI decreased significantly, whereas these values increased after receiving placebo.”

The study shows that zinc has remarkable effects on metabolic and inflammatory problems.

These experiments were done in children, but with advancing age, zinc deficiency is even more likely.

“We suggest exploring the direct clinical application of the zinc supplementation in childhood obesity in future studies.”

Oysters are perhaps the most preferred form of zinc…

…because they contain a number of other synergistic nutrients that you may not get with a zinc supplement.

I recently held a secret workshop where I had men help me test out a bunch of foods…

And we found 6 particular foods that did wonders for men’s load sizes.

And these foods are delicious.

We really lucked out because some of the foods we tested really weren’t good, lol.

And maybe you’re wondering, why should a man care about bigger loads?

Why go to all the trouble?

Well believe it or not, if you produce more semen, you can have a more pleasurable O!

It sounds weird, but it makes sense when you understand how male ejaculation works.

I explain everything here — and I reveal the 6 foods that boost a man’s load size and help him experience a more pleasurable O
