This clinical case was reported at the University of Messina, Italy. The findings were published in Archives Of Sexual Behaviour.

The story of this case study is strange and unexpected.

After reading it, you will agree with me.

One day a 79-year-old man came to the clinic of the researchers.

The reason for his visit was memory loss.

After a couple of examinations and blood tests, the doctors decided on choline supplementation.

And they put him on 1200mg of oral choline daily — phosphatidylcholine, to be exact.

And, of course, the patient was monitored by the doctors.

After 6 weeks, what do you think happened?

The man became a nookie addict!

I know, right?

How could this 79-year-old man who went to the doctor with memory loss turn into a nookie maniac?

Well, here’s what the doctors observed

“After 6 weeks of regular choline ingestion, the patient showed

a significant increase in libido with sexual urges, even in inappropriate places.”

Even the patient’s wife could not believe what was happening and said that her husband’s desire for intimacy had increased significantly.

The man who wanted it once a month started asking for it 3 times a day.

“His wife, a healthy 70-year-old woman, said

that her husband had unexpectedly changed his sexual behavior:

They usually had regular sexual intercourse no more than once a month, but, in the last weeks, he wanted to engage her in sexual activity at least three times a day and often asked her for oral sex.”

Wait, it’s not over yet.

His erections has increased tremendously.

“Interestingly, while on choline, the patient and his wife

reported a significant improvement in erectile function.”

His wife got tired of this and asked the doctors to finish the experiment.

After this request and the man’s alarmingly excessive sexual activity, the doctors stopped the choline supplementation.

But the man liked what he was experiencing so much that he continued taking choline secretly.

“Intriguingly, since the patient was ”proud” of his potency while on choline, he spontaneously and secretively ingested oral choline for about another month with consequent hypersexuality.”

Once the doctors realized this, they stopped him, and he was back to his old self after a period of time.

“The patient resumed his “normal” behavior after complete withdrawal of choline intake.”

If you ask me, this guy had the best moments he’s had in a long time, and I’m sure he still takes it occasionally.

Choline is a recently discovered essential nutrient.

This means that you need to take it from outside on a daily basis.

Choline is not a vitamin or mineral – but doctors generally classify it in the B-vitamin complex.

It affects liver function, healthy brain development, muscle movement, the nervous system, and metabolism.

And it’s notorious as a memory and brain function enhancer.

Men need roughly 400mg of choline daily.

This goes up if you drink alcohol or exercise hard.

Do you remember I said the solution to poor libido is hidden in your refrigerator?

It’s because the perfect source of choline is eggs.

And as my readers, I know you all have them in your fridge.

A tip for you: you should eat eggs regularly – especially if you want to up your bed game like this 79-year-old man did.

One egg contains roughly 120mg of choline, that’s 10 eggs a day to get you up to your experimental dosage – which can be a bit too much.

So, increase the number of eggs gradually and observe the progress.

If it goes well, you can fill up the rest with supplementation.

The most prominent side effect of too much choline in the body is depression, so pay attention to the early signs.

If you start showing symptoms, reduce choline immediately.
