Is your diet making you diabetic?

Look at the diets that are recommended today – and this is for men who are diabetic or pre-diabetic:

It’s almost like this new diet is DESIGNED to make diabetics sicker and sicker…

No wonder the average diabetic man is taking six different Big Pharma chemicals every day…and continues getting sicker and sicker.

This shows how certain “healthy” foods can cause diabetes…

Here’s why doctors are perplexed by this 1980s kids’ game

You might remember this game well… It was hugely popular in the US.

Everyone was playing it. But there was a secret benefit to this game – it improved working memory…

We use our working memory every day… to find our keys, to remember to do daily tasks, and to perform well at work.

Working memory is an important tool for success.

And it’s important in out-competing much younger guys and staying on top when it comes to life and romance.

And it turns out that we can actually improve our working memory by using a popular 1980s kid’s game (that you can still get). Which is really cool.

There are lots of “memory games” on the market right now.

It seems like every day we hear about a new app that’s supposed to improve our memory.

And with all of us baby boomers getting older and getting worried about our memories, it makes sense.

But the jury is still out on whether or not these games actually work.

Some studies show they work well and others show very mixed results.

However, a new study shows that a specific type of game works extremely well to help boost working memory.

[cmamad id=”16860″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

“The researchers found that the group that practiced what’s known as a ‘Dual N-Back’ exercise showed a 30% improvement in their working memory.”

30% improvement in working memory is a pretty big deal!

It means that your recall is better, you remember things more easily, and you misplace things less often.

A 30% improvement in working memory can boost your performance at work, allow you to stay in your own home longer, and help you remember important dates such as anniversaries…

…so you don’t get in trouble with your wife or girlfriend.

It seems This Dual N-Back game seems to change the brain on an actual physical level.

For a long time, scientists thought that the brain you were born with was the one you would have forever…

But we know now that the brain has plasticity – this allows you to change your brain with behavioral training.

“The Dual N-Back group also showed significant changes in brain activity in the prefrontal cortex, the critical region responsible for higher learning.”

When you can make actual changes to your brain through specific types of exercises or activities, the results can last much longer than what you’d get with just a supplement or a drug.

And this is great news.

Because the less we have to rely on Big Pharma, the better.

In this case, the Dual N-Back approach is similar to the popular handheld game Simon…

…the one with the flashing lights where you have to remember the sequence and the sounds to go to the next level.

“Dual N-Back is a memory sequence test in which people must remember a constantly updating sequence of visual and auditory stimuli.”

Scientists aren’t quite sure yet WHY this works, they just know that it does work.

And that it helps with real-world tasks.

“The findings suggest that this particular task is changing something about the brain…There’s something about sequencing and updating that really taps into the things that only the prefrontal cortex can do, the real-world problem-solving tasks.”

In the graphic, you can see the dramatic increase in memory function due to performing tasks similar to the game Simon.

So… If you think your memory is slipping, or if you just want to improve your memory for better performance, you don’t need an expensive subscription to one of those memory game sites.

You just need to get a $17.99 version of the flashing light game Simon.

It’s actually still on the market in several editions.

This type of game has been proven effective in increasing memory.

Memory is like many other things – use it or lose it.

So it’s best to keep it sharp.

In the 1970s, Dr. Barnes restored the metabolism of his 1,569 patients. Over the decades, there was virtually no cancer, no pneumonia, no heart disease…

…just about perfect health for these 1,569 people with restored metabolism.

And remember, the only difference between the people in the large-scale medical study, people who were aging “normally,” and Dr. Barnes patients…

…the only difference was that Dr. Barnes restored his patients’ metabolism, with these simple inexpensive and over-the-counter ingredients.

Here’s the list of cancer-fixing, metabolism-restoring ingredients that can prolong your life by decades.
