—-Important Message for Lowering Estrogen—-

This common problem causes high estrogen — drink this to turn it into T

Most men have high estrogen because of something called aromatization.

Aromatization is when the body turns too much testosterone into estrogen.

When too much aromatization is happening, estrogen levels rise and testosterone stays low.

But when you drink this 2-minute mixture, you slow down aromatase…

So testosterone STAYS testosterone — and your estrogen levels sink like a stone!

The TV show A Million Little Things features a male character who is in remission for breast cancer.

He even uses breast cancer support groups to meet new women. The scenes are funny and profound at the same time.

Even though we’re starting to see a few characters with this disease, the idea of men with breast cancer seems weird at first to most people…

But it’s becoming more common for many men, and their risk is going up because of environmental factors.

Men with naturally high levels of the female hormone estrogen may have a greater risk of developing breast cancer, according to research by an international collaboration. This is the first time a link between estrogen levels in the blood and male breast cancer has been identified, despite its connection to breast, womb and ovarian cancers in women.

This study focuses on “naturally high” levels of estrogen.

But the reality is that men (and women) are being exposed to estrogen-like substances at rates that are unheard of in human history.

Plastics leach substances that our bodies think is estrogen into our environment at alarming rates.

It’s no secret that our environments are overloaded with plastics.

But what most people don’t know is that plastics are very bad for our health.

In one experiment, scientists researched plastic items of all different kinds — including ones that are BPA free.

They focused on things that came into contact with food.

The researchers bought more than 450 plastic items from stores including Walmart and Whole Foods. They chose products designed to come in contact with food — things like baby bottles, deli packaging and flexible bags, says George Bittner, one of the study’s authors and a professor of biology at the University of Texas, Austin.

What they found was alarming.  With more than 70% of these items leaching “estrogen-like” substances into our food and water supply.

The testing showed that more than 70 percent of the products released chemicals that acted like estrogen. And that was before they exposed the stuff to real-world conditions: simulated sunlight, dishwashing and microwaving, Bittner says.

So when the study above says “natural levels” of estrogen, I wonder how much of these “natural levels” are from drinking out of plastic bottles, styrofoam coffee cups, and microwaving in plastics.

When we eat and drink food that has been exposed to plastic (especially heated plastic) we risk dumping estrogen-like substances into our bodies.

Then our bodies USE these substances JUST like they would estrogen.

I know from coaching men who are dealing with difficult sexual health issues that one of the ways to get their hormones straightened out and to get their erections working right is to start eliminating the plastics they eat and drink out of.

The risk of too much estrogen in the male body can have serious health consequences.

It’s not just that some men lose erections or have other sexual health troubles when they become “estrogen dominant”…

…although this is a terrible consequence, and one I’m not willing to risk (you will NEVER find me drinking or eating out of plastic)…

It also presents a health risk that can kill you.

Remember when I talked about male breast cancer earlier?

Having too much estrogen puts you at a 2.5 times greater risk of developing this disease.

Men with the highest levels of estrogen were two and a half times more likely to develop breast cancer than men with the lowest levels of the hormone.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t like putting myself at 2.5 times the risk of developing ANY cancer — even rare cancers like male breast cancer.

That’s why I avoid plastics.

I do use plastic wrap occasionally, but I store my food in ceramic or glass.

I drink out of metal, ceramic or glass.

And I never, ever microwave anything in plastic — including plastic wrap.

The risk to my long-term health simply isn’t worth it.

Men: beware these cancer-causing toxins hiding in beer and wine bottles

Researchers from the University of Plymouth in the UK have just made a shocking discovery…

They’ve found that many glass bottles of beer, wine, and spirits contain dangerous toxins that have been banned in the U.S. for decades.

Nearly 89 bottles and pieces were examined using x-ray fluorescence spectrometry, and 76 had low levels of lead and 55 had positives for cadmium.

Chromium was also identified in bottles, up to 40% in brown bottles specifically.

And here’s the kicker — these toxins not only mess with men’s testosterone, blood pressure, metabolism, and rockiness…

…they can even cause cancer..

And it turns out, they’re almost impossible to avoid…

Luckily, I’ve discovered an ordinary-looking white powder with extraordinary properties…

This white powder can neutralize these toxins and even kill cancer cells in the body.

And it’s completely natural. You can find it at any grocery store.
