Want to increase muscle mass and lose fat — without having to hit the gym like crazy? Then try this natural “masculine” supplement…

—-Important Message—-

Men with low T can’t build muscle – so raise your testosterone this way

I raised my testosterone from 300 to 883 doing everything the doctors say not to do.

It may sound crazy, but this “dangerous experiment” of mine paid off…

I went down 4 pant sizes and increased my muscle mass – without even hitting the gym.

(It even landed me an interview with ABC News.)

Now I’ve perfected the steps that any man can copy to naturally raise his testosterone in just a matter of days.

And once your testosterone starts climbing, the fat starts falling off you… Your muscles get firmer and more defined…

And even your erections gets better.

Here is my simple method of naturally raising testosterone – lets men build bigger muscles and trim fat.

Forskolin helps men build muscle and lose fat

Forskolin is a well-known supplement reported to have many masculinizing effects.

Bodybuilders claim it helps to build muscle and lose fat.

There is a lot of research showing the benefits of forskolin in animals – but not so much research in humans.

One study has looked at the effect of forskolin in men.

That research found that it increased muscle mass and decreased fat.

But the most potent effects of forskolin were surprising.

It turns out that forskolin is very effective at increasing bone mass.

This could make forskolin a very useful supplement for older men.

Body composition and hormonal adaptations associated with forskolin consumption in overweight and obese men.
These researchers carried out a human study at the University of Kansas. The Journal of Obesity Research published the results.

The research looked at the effect of forskolin on many factors that are important for men’s health.

“This study examined the effect of forskolin on body composition, testosterone, and blood pressure in overweight and obese men.”

The researchers enrolled 30 obese men between the ages of 19 and 30.

They split them into two groups and they randomly assigned one group to forskolin supplementation for three months.

“Thirty subjects (forskolin, n = 15; placebo, n = 15) were studied in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study for 12 weeks.”

At the end of the study, the researchers looked at differences between the two groups to see the effect of forskolin.

Well, it turns out that the men who were given forskolin put on more muscle.

“There was a trend toward a significant increase for lean body mass in the forskolin group compared with the placebo group.”

The supplement also seemed to help the men lose fat.

“Forskolin was shown to elicit favorable changes in body composition by significantly decreasing body fat percentage and fat mass.”

The most significant change was unexpected.

Forskolin significantly increased bone density over a relatively short period.

“Forskolin administration resulted in a change in bone mass for the 12-week trial compared with the placebo group.”

This was the first study that looked at the effect of forskolin on bone mass.

“Literature is nonexistent regarding forskolin’s effect on bone mass; this study is the first to explore forskolin’s effect on bone mass.”

After the age of 40, both muscle and bone mass decrease in men.

Eventually, these decreases can cause significant health problems.

And muscle weakness and bone frailty can cause falls and fractures.

Ultimately, these fractures lead to medical procedures that often eventually lead to assisted living.

The results of this study show that forskolin is a very promising supplement for older people.

Decreasing muscle mass and bone mass are associated with low testosterone.

The researchers suspected that maybe forskolin helps is because it boosts testosterone.

In this study, forskolin did increase testosterone.

But the increase was so slight that it could not explain the improvements in muscle mass and bone mass.

The research involved supplementing twice per day with 250 mg of a 10% forskolin extract.

“Forskolin was shown to favorably alter body composition while increasing bone mass and testosterone levels in overweight and obese men.”

Forskolin is made from the roots of a tropical plant native to India, Burma, and Thailand.

This herbal remedy has been used in traditional ayurvedic medicine for over a thousand years.

In ayurvedic medicine, forskolin is most commonly used for heart disease, pain, and convulsions.

The results of this study place forskolin alongside a small number of other foods and supplements that can boost bone health.

Coffee, dairy, vitamin K2, and gelatin are other foods and supplements that improve bone health in older people.

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about treating and diagnosing health-related problems.

—-Important Message for Men—

Most men suffer from high estrogen – here’s how I fixed mine…

A few years ago, on a lab result, my estrogen was through the roof.

And my doctor didn’t care… He said I should lose weight and take a statin.

So I started researching everything I could find about estrogen…

As it turns out, men who have a bit of a belly almost always have high estrogen.

And this situation leads to erectile dysfunction…

So after a lot of trial and error (and reading), I discovered a simple way to lower my estrogen levels. And I use it constantly.

Best of all, my wife LOVES the “new me” with low estrogen… Because the difference in my body is SO VISIBLE when we make love.

Click here to see how I lowered my estrogen and improved EVERYTHING including my sex life…
