When the majority of people think of sugar, they often think it’s really unhealthy.

Mainstream media pushes us to think that way.

Well, that’s not true.

Thankfully, we are not in that majority.

People associate sugar with things like donuts, candies, and other processed foods.

They contain sugar; that is correct.

But…

They are also full of toxic PUFAs and other nasty additives as well…

Sugar is the last ingredient to worry about in them.

Our bodies rely on sugar and carbohydrates for energy, and our brains constantly need sugar.

Sugar from quality sources like fruits and root vegetables is incredibly HEALTHY for you.

Even white sugar is not that bad – I use it as a strategic tool (in my coffee, for example)

Today I’m going to tell you something that could amaze you…

It turns out that fructose – a type of sugar found in fruits – plays a HUGE role in human semen.

Your sperm uses fructose to protect itself from viruses and STDs…

Let’s see the study.

This study was conducted at the University of Iowa. It was published in the Journal of Virology.

The researchers in this study investigated how semen affects the ability of certain antibodies and microbicides to prevent HIV-1 infection.

To do this, they used the liquid part of semen that contains various proteins, salts, and sugars.

They tested the effectiveness of certain antibodies and microbicides against HIV-1 in the semen.

“Semen is the primary transmission vehicle for various pathogenic viruses. Initial steps of transmission, including cell attachment and entry, likely occur in the presence of semen.”

They found that the sugar fructose – which is present in high concentrations in semen – interferes with the ability of these agents to attach to and block the virus.

“We found that whole semen significantly reduces the potency of antibodies and microbicides that target glycans on the envelope glycoproteins (Envs) of HIV-1. The extraordinarily high concentration of the monosaccharide fructose in semen contributes significantly to the effect by competitively inhibiting the binding of ligands to α1,2-linked mannose residues on Env. Infection.”

It does more than that for your little guys, too.

Sperm use a lot of energy to move and fertilize an egg, and fructose is an important source of that energy.

That’s two birds with one stone.

Eating fruits will make your sperm stronger.

You know what?

Certain types of fruits can actually make your semen taste even better too.

Fruits like pineapples, papayas, and mangoes contain enzymes that make your semen taste sweeter.

And women love it…

Gentlemen, sugar isn’t always the villain it’s made out to be.

Fructose — in particular — can be a healthy source of energy for our bodies, and it apparently plays a crucial role in our semen.

So, eat some fresh fruit and make sure your semen has plenty of fructose.

Make the little guys and your partner happy.
