Doing This Shrinks Men’s Brains (and Shrinks Things “Down There”)

Doing This Shrinks Men’s Brains (and Shrinks Things “Down There”)

I really, really, really love sex.

It’s not something I’m shy about.

I think that sex is one of the best reasons to be alive – and my wife and I have sex usually four times a week for an hour or so at a time.

It’s WAY better than it was when I was a young man and it gets better and better all the time.

I’m not telling you this to brag. It hasn’t always been this way for me.

Sex used to be something that didn’t always happen – because I just wasn’t sure what Dr. Willie would do.

Sometimes Dr. Willie would work well and other times not so much.

It was mortifying. But it’s better now (and I made it better through the exact same methods I teach in my courses).

I’m telling you this so that you understand – because this next study may make me seem like an anti-sex kind of guy…

And that’s just not true.

What I am is pragmatic…

And if I find out that something isn’t good for me and probably isn’t good for you – even if it seems like it should be – then I’m going to tell you about it.

And one of the things that really, really sucks for men?

High-speed internet adult entertainment. I know, I know – lots of people LOVE these adult movies.

But I’m here to tell you… Watching this stuff can actually shrink your brain…

And I know from the work I do with men who deal with ED and other sexual dysfunction issues, it causes tons of men ALL KINDS of sexual problems.

Brain Structure and Functional Connectivity Associated With Pornography Consumption The Brain on Porn

For many guys, porn works like any other addictive substance…

We all have different brains and different brain structures.

And this may not be true for you, but for many, many men (and women) porn affects the brain just like any other addictive substance.

“…pornography consumption bears resemblance with reward-seeking behavior, novelty-seeking behavior, and addictive behavior…”

This is a problem because addictive behaviors and substances can affect the way your brain WORKS at a physical level.

And there’s a good amount of evidence that watching these adult movies can really SHRINK your brain.

Pornography can shrink your brain.

The more porn you view, the greater the effect on your brain.

It turns out that viewing this type of media affects not ONLY the amount of grey matter in your brain, but also can affect how different parts of your brain connect to each other.

“We found a significant negative association between reported pornography hours per week and gray matter volume in the right caudate…as well as with functional activity during a sexual cue-reactivity paradigm in the left putamen… Functional connectivity of the right caudate to the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex was negatively associated with hours of pornography consumption.”

This is a big problem because the prefrontal cortex is what gives us impulse control.

And when we have problems with impulse control it can lead to many other issues in our lives.

Having an addiction to watching X-rated movies can trigger other addictions.

One of the realities of the human brain is that compulsiveness leads to more compulsiveness. In this case, it leads to obsessive (rather than balanced) computer use.

“A longitudinal study following Internet users has found that accessing pornography online was predictive of compulsive computer use after 1 year.”

It probably comes as no surprise then that if a person is spending a ton of time on the computer that their romantic relationships and sex lives may suffer.

Watching porn can lead to LESS sexual satisfaction.

And here’s the crazy thing. All the experts are out there telling people to “spice things up” by watching porn with their partners.

But this form of adult entertainment is shown to DECREASE, not increase sexual satisfaction.

“In partnerships, a decrease in sexual satisfaction and a tendency to adopt pornographic scripts have been associated with frequent Internet pornography consumption.”

I know it sounds crazy because most people – outside of some religious circles – think it is a GREAT thing.

But the data says it’s not.

And for myself and absolutely every guy I know, getting off the porn-viewing wagon actually makes them feel way, way better.

Try it and see what happens. You may be surprised.

—-Important Message for Men Looking for a Quick Testosterone Boost—-

One Bite of This Raises Testosterone

I pop it in my mouth and I feel a surge of male confidence.

Because this increases my testosterone and works in minutes.

Would you like to increase your testosterone in just a few minutes?

For when you want to have sex, when you want some extra “oomph” when working out, or maybe when you’re on a date…

Because raising testosterone is the best thing you can do as a man…

In older men an optimal plasma testosterone is associated with reduced all-cause mortality and higher dihydrotestosterone with reduced ischemic heart disease mortality, while estradiol levels do not predict mortality

AND having high testosterone can actually make you live longer.

But here’s the clincher – how do you just pop something in your mouth and increase your natural testosterone?
