The easiest way to have great sex happens when you are by yourself…

I found a little thing that works best when a man is by himself…and leads to amazing partner sex.

This IMPROVES a man’s rockiness.

It’s just one small simple little change and it can make sex SO much better every single time you do it.

Try this tonight — a totally natural way to raise sexual performance when you are by yourself…

Supplementing this 1 vitamin protects 20/20 vision

Glaucoma is a group of eye diseases that result in damage to the optic nerve or retina and cause vision loss.

It’s a problem that’s particularly prominent in older people and those with metabolic issues.

Diabetes is a particular risk factor for glaucoma and this tells me that it’s almost certainly a metabolic problem.

Recent animal research from the University of Miami confirms my suspicions.

Researchers discovered that a supplement which boosts a metabolic molecule called NAD+ can prevent or reverse the issue in most cases.

Genetic alteration to boost the same metabolic agent had the same effect.

The animal experiments were performed at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. This paper was published in Science.

“Glaucomas are neurodegenerative diseases that cause vision loss, especially in the elderly.”

Until very recently, the underlying cause of glaucoma was not very well understood.

But in the last few years we’ve learned a lot about the metabolic roots of this condition which can lead to blindness.

“The mechanisms initiating glaucoma and driving neuronal vulnerability during normal aging are unknown.”

One of the early clues was the finding of mitochondrial abnormalities.

The mitochondria is an organelle inside the cell which takes fat and carbohydrates and turns them into energy.

When you have mitochondrial abnormalities you will not be able to produce enough energy to support the surrounding structure.

“Studying glaucoma-prone mice, we show that mitochondrial abnormalities are an early driver of neuronal dysfunction.”

Next, researchers show that the mitochondrial problems occurred before structural problems

Supporting the idea that low energy production is a cause of the issue.

“Mitochondrial abnormalities occur before detectable degeneration.”

Inside the mitochondria, electrons are passed along different proteins and molecules as the mitochondria generates energy.

Modern dietary habits can lead to a deficiency of these electron carrying molecules inside the mitochondria.

This leads to an energy production bottleneck.

This energetic bottleneck generally occurs because of low levels of NAD+ (because of a knock-on effect of the consumption of vegetable oils).

NAD+ is known to decrease with age and it is decreased in people with metabolic issues like type II diabetes – both major risk factors for glaucoma.

“Retinal levels of NAD+ decrease with age and render aging neurons vulnerable to disease-related insults.”

The easiest way to increase levels of NAD+ is to supplement with a specific form of vitamin B3 called niacinamide.

When the researchers gave niacinamide supplements to mice they found that it prevented the onset of glaucoma.

Niacinamide was also able to reverse the condition to a large degree.

By removing the energy production bottleneck we can restore health to the structure.

“Oral administration of the NAD+ precursor niacinamide (vitamin B3) was protective both prophylactically and as an intervention.”

The researchers also carried out gene modifying experiments which also led to increased levels of NAD+.

These gene modifying experiments were also effective at preventing and reversing glaucoma.

“Gene therapy driving expression of a key NAD+-producing enzyme was also protective both prophylactically and as an intervention.”

The experiment showed up to 93% reduction in glaucoma rates by boosting the energetic molecule NAD+.

“At the highest dose tested, 93% of eyes did not develop glaucoma.”

I’ve written a whole newsletter about glaucoma – most of which focuses on the problem of low energy production – but from a variety of different angles.

There are many ways to skin this cat – but the foundation is the use of vitamin B3 (niacinamide) to increase the levels of NAD+…

…all while reducing consumption of vegetable oils (the cause of the bottleneck).

“This research supports therapeutic use of vitamin B3 (niacinamide) in glaucoma and potentially other age-related neurodegenerations.”

You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.

I’ve discovered these cheap, safe eye drops that are tremendously powerful for preventing cataracts and protecting vision.

My wife, Jodi, uses these drops to lessen her eye fatigue and reduce blurred vision — and it’s literally night and day from what she was dealing with before.

Surprisingly, doctors are never taught about these 10-cent drops.

But they have a long history of working and there are many studies proving their value.

So if you want to use these eye drops and share them with your loved ones, you can and for FREE!

I’m giving away this secret, along with more than 20 others, when you grab a free copy of my best-selling book, Healthy to 120, valued at $29.95!
