And then I discovered desensitization, something that happens to a lot of men…
Desensitization is when the brain and the male member stop communicating as well, and the connection between them gets weakened.
This results in less pleasure from physical intimacy and less feeling down there overall.
And I realized that “those movies” make desensitization worse and suck men’s sexual energy right out of them.
So I started figuring out a way to return sensitivity to my member and fix this brain-penile connection.
And the way to do it is to practice these 3 simple solo activities.

Does this really cause diabetes?
Saturated fat has gotten a bad reputation over the years.
Most of this reputation was based on low quality research.
One of the many claims made against saturated fatty acids is that they increase the risk of type II diabetes.
Researchers in the Netherlands recently completed an enormous study looking at this topic.
They found no reason to believe that saturated fat causes type II diabetes.
In fact, saturated fats from cheese seem to lower the risk of type II diabetes.
This human research was carried out at the Julius Center for Health Sciences and Primary Care, University Medical Center Utrecht, Utrecht University, The Netherlands.
The results were published in the European Journal of Nutrition.
There are contradictory claims made about saturated fatty acids in the medical literature. Much of the research is of poor quality.
The role of saturated fat in type II diabetes is controversial.
“The association between dietary saturated fatty acids intake and type 2 diabetes remains unclear.”
This study aimed to shed more light on the topic.
“The study aimed to investigate the association between saturated fat intake and type II diabetes risk.”
One of the strengths of this study was the large number of participants it contained.
“37,421 participants from the EPIC-NL cohort were included in this study.”
The study also broke down saturated fat intake into different categories.
The research looked at the different types of saturated fat, what foods they were sourced from, and other nutrients provided by those foods.
“We assessed diabetes risk based on individual saturated fatty acids, food sources of saturated fatty acids and the substituting macronutrients.”
All of the participants of the study completed an in-depth food questionnaire. The results of this questionnaire were analyzed for saturated fatty acids.
“Baseline dietary intake was assessed by a validated food frequency questionnaire.”
The study then tracked the health of the participants over the next 10 years. Every case of type II diabetes within the 34,000 person group was recorded.
“893 incident type II diabetes cases were documented during the 10 year follow-up.”
Overall the researchers found no relationship between type II diabetes risk and general saturated fat intake.
“We observed no association between total saturated fatty acids and type II diabetes risk.”
When they looked at the different types of saturated fatty acids they found that some were associated with a slightly lower risk of type II diabetes.
Saturated fats, like lauric acid (found in coconut oil) were associated with lower risk of type II diabetes.
“Marginally inverse associations were found for lauric acid, myristic acid, margaric acid, and odd-chain saturated fatty acids.”
Saturated fats from cheese were also associated with a lower risk of developing type II diabetes.
“Inverse associations were found for cheese derived saturated fatty acids.”
The researchers found that saturated fats in cheese might significantly lower the risk of type II diabetes.
“Cheese derived saturated fatty acids and individual saturated fats that are commonly found in cheese, were significantly related to lower type II diabetes risks.”
Otherwise, there was no significant relationship between saturated fat and Type II diabetes.
“In this Dutch population, total saturated fatty acids do not correlate to type II diabetes risk.”
Researchers are finding more and more evidence that dairy products lower the risk of metabolic diseases like type II diabetes.
“A recent analysis of 22 cohort studies found dairy product intake to be inversely related to type II diabetes risk.”
A high-fat diet is almost certainly bad for your health. But getting more of your fat from saturated fats, particularly dairy, seems beneficial.
You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about treating and diagnosing health-related problems.
