Does drinking coffee this way help burn fat off?

If you’ve ever tried to lose fat, then you know it can be a brutal process…

Most people tell you to cut calories or exercise tons – or sometimes both.

(I have a very different approach to losing weight that actually works — you can find out more about that below.)

The problem with these “normal” approaches is that most people find they are really hard to sustain.

That’s why I’m always looking for hacks and easy ways to lose weight – but ways that aren’t gimmicky, short-term solutions and that don’t damage your health.

Coffee to the rescue

One interesting new hack may be super-simple… Drink coffee.

Despite its reputation, coffee is actually good for you.

It has many disease-fighting properties and helps lower the risk of diabetes and heart disease. And it can increase your lifespan.

NOTE: I’m talking about real coffee here that you put regular sugar in…

Not Starbucks double caramel frappuccinos full of fake flavors and loads of fat that is terrible for you.

It turns out that not only is coffee good for your overall health, but might help you maintain a healthy weight.

It does this by stimulating the production of “brown fat” – which is very different from the white fat that human bodies use to store energy.

“Scientists have discovered that drinking a cup of coffee can stimulate ‘brown fat’ – the body’s own fat-fighting defenses – which could be the key to tackling obesity and diabetes.”

I’m sure it sounds weird that I WANT fat to be produced in your body…

And you probably won’t be hearing that advice from your doctor anytime soon.

But brown fat is special, because it generates body heat, which burns calories.

“It was discovered in recent years that adults can have brown fat too. Its main function is to generate body heat by burning calories (as opposed to white fat, which is a result of storing excess calories).”

If you have more brown fat, you are likely to have a lower body mass index (BMI) and have an EASIER time controlling your weight.

“People with a lower body mass index (BMI) therefore have a higher amount of brown fat.”

Even more exciting (at least to me), brown fat doesn’t just burn calories…

It also improves your body’s ability to control blood sugar.

And that means fewer metabolic disorders and less internal inflammation.

“Brown fat works in a different way to other fat in your body and produces heat by burning sugar and fat, often in response to cold. Increasing its activity improves blood sugar control as well as improving blood lipid levels – and the extra calories burnt help with weight loss.”

Coffee makes brown fat more active…

So the brown fat will work better for your body, controlling blood sugar and burning calories.

“This is the first study in humans to show that something like a cup of coffee can have a direct effect on our brown fat functions.”

If you have struggled to lose weight in the past or if your blood sugar gets wonky on a regular basis, you may want to consider adding coffee to your regular routine.

I’m not telling you to go off of insulin or diabetes meds or not to follow a doctor’s advice.

But coffee is a really powerful substance and it can have real benefits.

“…it could potentially be used as part of a weight management regime or as part of glucose regulation programme to help prevent diabetes.”

I personally drink a lot of coffee and I think it helps me in many ways. Try it and see how it works for you.

This lets you “breathe” the fat out — even stubborn brown fat

I’ve just made a huge breakthrough and discovered how men can burn more brown fat than ever before…

It’s so powerful that it burns white fat too — and it’s as easy as “breathing” it out.

I call it Thermo 3 and it recycles the fat into energy instead of storing it away.

It happens automatically in the body — there’s nothing you have to do.

So you’re literally just “breathing” out the fat as you warm up like a furnace.

Here’s the newly discovered natural fat burner that lets you “breathe” the fat out — even stubborn brown fat.
