Is it better for men to have a temperature of 97 or 99?

It’s not all that long ago that doctors were very interested in body temperature…

…even outside of the context of an infectious disease that could cause fever.

Many doctors would routinely enquire about whether their patients felt warm or cold.

I even remember my doctor somewhat routinely taking my temperature no matter the reason for the visit.

Doctors used to know that body temperature is an extremely important marker of overall health.

And controlling body temperature can do a whole lot to improve your health and longevity.

Longevity researchers have shown that rodents with a higher average body temperature live longer.

As do those with less fluctuations in body temperature.

The animal experiments were performed at the National Institute on Aging, Francis Scott Key Medical Center in Baltimore. This paper was published in Mechanisms of Ageing and Development.

Warm-blooded animals (homeothermic animals) need to tightly regulate body temperature independent of the environmental temperature.

This ability tends to decrease with age in ill health in birds and mammals – including humans.

“An age-related decline in the capacity for thermoregulation among homeothermic animals has been observed under conditions of extreme ambient temperatures.”

The authors of the study were interested in the relationship between body temperature and longevity in rodents.

These rodents were living in an environment with a constant optimal environmental temperature.

“We investigated the temporal stability of the internal body temperature of 70 mice from 25 months of age until death in a controlled, neutral thermal environment.”

The researchers averaged the variability in body temperature in the animals over the course of every month using a reliable colon temperature test once a week.

“Estimates of temporal variability were calculated over consecutive 1-month intervals using (colonic) body temperature data collected weekly.”

They confirmed previous research showing that the ability to regulate temperature tends to decrease with age.

“The regulation of body temperature becomes increasingly less precise with advancing age.”

The researchers also found a significant drop in average body temperature as the animals got closer to death.

“Body temperature exhibited a significant decline as the animal approached death.”

Both decreasing body temperature and an inability to regulate body temperature fluctuations…

…were correlated with decreased longevity in the group as a whole and with individual animals.

“Individual differences in body temperature and the temporal regulation of body temperature were significantly correlated with lifespan, although the direction of the relations were opposite.”

Animals who were able to stay warmer live longer – as did those who are able to maintain a constant body temperature.

“Body temperature correlated positively with lifespan, whereas the temporal stability of body temperature correlated negatively with lifespan.”

The researchers underlines the importance of maintaining a warm body temperature for health and longevity.

“Thus, animals exhibiting higher body temperatures and greater temporal stability also tended to live longer than their cohorts.”

I have read a number of other experiments which give some insight into these findings.

First, animal experiments have shown that decreasing environmental temperature (thereby decreasing body temperature)…

…causes an increase in stress hormones which lead to degeneration and massive increase in cancer rates.

We also know that the ability to regulate a warm body temperature is also dependent on optimal thyroid hormone levels.

Thyroid hormone is used by the cell to produce energy and heat.

This energy is essential for regulation of all body processes…

…and without adequate thyroid hormones we literally fall apart as our energy in body temperature drops.

It is therefore important to make sure that our energy production is good by optimizing thyroid function.

It’s also important for people with health problems or advancing age to take steps to maintain an optimal environmental temperature.

This can help offset some of the internal deficits with energy production and temperature regulation.

This secret body temperature raising molecule may let men live decades longer

Men like George Bush, Rod Stewart, and Joe Piscopo have been secretly taking this weird molecule for years.

It’s a natural “anti-aging” molecule that was first discovered in 1950 by Dr. Broda Barnes.

He tested this molecule on more than 3,000 men, reporting powerful health benefits like a faster metabolism, perfect blood pressure, more stamina, even better sexual abilities…

And since then, it’s been kept a secret — only available to the affluent, privileged upper class of celebrities and politicians.

Until now… I’ve found a way to make it available to men like you and me.

But there’s no telling when it may get “banned” again!

Discover this secret body temperature raising longevity molecule now before it’s gone again
