Check your toothpaste for this one harmful ingredient

There are LOTS of consumer products that are marketed as being healthy that are probably not, and there are some that are downright dangerous.

One of them, in my opinion, is toothpaste

Most toothpaste contains fluoride, which is supposed to be super beneficial, but fluoride has a darkside that most people don’t know about.

Fluoride is everywhere — especially in the U.S.

Before I get into the problems of too much fluoride, I want to establish that this stuff is nearly everywhere — especially in the U.S.

It’s in nearly every toothpaste in the market and about 75% of the United States has fluoridated water.

Fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral that helps to prevent cavities by promoting mineralization and making tooth enamel more resistant to acid. It is added to drinking water around the world — the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends a level of 0.7 parts per million — and all toothpastes backed by the American Dental Association’s Seal of Acceptance contain fluoride.

That’s a problem, because your body was never designed to be exposed to THAT much fluoride.

Too much fluoride results in a condition called dental fluorosis.

One of the problems with all this fluoride in our water and our toothpaste is that it can cause a condition called dental fluorosis.

Even though fluoride is supposed to protect dental health (and in limited situations it can) when a child gets too much fluoride it can INCREASE their risk of tooth decay.

Too much fluoride can cause dental fluorosis — a discoloration of teeth, usually with opaque white marks, lines, or mottled enamel and poor mineralization. Dental fluorosis occurs when children between birth and around nine years of age are exposed to high levels of fluoride during this critical window when their teeth are forming, and can actually increase their risk of tooth decay. A survey by the CDC found that roughly 25 percent of the U.S. population examined (ages 6 to 49) show some degree of dental fluorosis.

You would think with as much as we promote fluoride in the US that the people suffering from dental fluorosis would only be a very small percentage of the population.

But that’s just not true.

The CDC (center for disease control) showed that 1 in 4 people in the US suffer from this condition.

I personally think that excessive fluoride does WAY more harm than good.

Too much fluoride causes problems with the way your body handles calcium.

Dental fluorosis isn’t the only problem with excess fluoride exposure.

It causes problems with the way mice store calcium, causing a condition known as calcium dysregulation.

It’s as pleasant as it sounds.

The researchers found that exposing enamel cells from rodents to fluoride resulted in calcium dysregulation, with decreases in calcium entering and stored in the endoplasmic reticulum, a compartment within cells with many functions, including storing calcium.

Too much fluoride causes problems with your cells’ energy production.

And that’s not all. Fluoride ALSO disrupted the energy production of mitochondria. These are the power generators in our cells.

In addition, fluoride disrupted the function of mitochondria (the cells’ power generators), and therefore energy production was altered.

Here’s what I do.

I don’t like supplementing fluoride in my water or in my toothpaste, so I don’t.

For my teeth, I brush them with plain baking soda. It works like a charm and I have great dental visits.

For my water, I use the Berkey Black filtration system because it takes out fluoride.

Now, I’m not saying that YOU have to do these things…

You should do research and decide what is best for you.

Personally, based on the evidence I’ve seen, fluoride is terrible for you in most circumstances and I’m not putting it in my body.

Improve penile blood flow with this 2-minute toothbrush trick

I’ve come up with this super simple toothbrush technique that safely removes scar tissue from the penis.

Scar tissue in the penis blocks up blood flow and hurts men’s rockiness.

Sometimes this scar tissue is called fibrosis.

And this fibrosis forms from many different things over the years and can really hurt a man’s performance in the bedroom.

Luckily, this toothbrush trick dissolves the fibrosis.

So no more scar tissue in the penis.

And then blood flow improves and erections comes roaring back.

Here’s the 2 minute toothbrush trick you can try tonight
