I felt my muscles literally getting bigger and I look younger too.

Harvard study: How to prevent diabetes if you are pre-diabetic, or reverse it if you already HAVE diabetes.

There are several ways to reverse diabetes. This Harvard study led by Dr. Shoelson shows one way, and there are two more.

What makes this interesting is that you can consume this simple shake that will instantly lower your blood sugar and kick-start your body’s cells into eating sugar.

AND your inflammation nosedives…you even lose pounds.

Here is the Harvard-sponsored study that shows you how to reverse diabetes symptoms and never need any Big Pharma chemicals or shots again.

Benjamin Button effect = age half as fast

Time only goes in one direction.

Then, sooner rather than later, we wake up and we’re 65 years old (or older).

But we can do a lot to control the SPEED of aging.

There’s new information coming out on this all the time.

And one of the most remarkable preventative measures you can take to age well is to find an activity that you like doing that gets you moving…

And then do that activity.

I’m aware that your doctor is probably always telling you to exercise.

It is something you hear all the time!

But this study shows you why you should exercise.

It doesn’t matter what age you are now or how active you are now.

But you should start exercising now to get the maximum benefits.

In this study, researchers looked at a group of cyclists who have cycled for the majority of their lives.

[cmamad id=”15032″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

And what they discovered was practically a halt to common aging issues.

Exercise has an amazingly protective effect on the body.

The men and women in this study who cycled on a regular basis didn’t lose muscle mass as they got older.

“The study showed that loss of muscle mass and strength did not occur in those who exercise regularly.”

This is remarkable because most people start losing muscle mass in their mid-30s or so and then it’s all a downhill slide after that.

And, of course, other health problems come with this loss of muscle mass.

And that includes weight gain and increased cholesterol levels.

But these cyclists also beat that aging effect.

“The cyclists also did not increase their body fat or cholesterol levels with age…”

And for guys, this regular exercise helped to keep testosterone levels high!

The crazy thing is that doctors still don’t seem to know about this.

They tell you to exercise because of some vague idea that it’s good for you.

But if men knew that exercise could keep their testosterone levels high, how much more do you think they would actually do it?

I think that answer is – quite a lot.

“The men’s testosterone levels also remained high, suggesting that they may have avoided most of the male menopause.”

Immune system function gets better too.

It’s no secret that as we get older many of us are susceptible to age-related diseases.

But it turns out that it doesn’t have to be inevitable.

If you exercise on a regular basis, then your immune system also improves.

More surprisingly, the study also revealed that the benefits of exercise extend beyond muscle as the cyclists also had an immune system that did not seem to have aged either.”

This is because regular exercise seems to support the thymus – which makes the T cells that create your immune system.

“An organ called the thymus, which makes immune cells called T cells, starts to shrink from the age of 20 and makes less T cells. In this study, however, the cyclists’ thymuses were making as many T cells as those of a young person.”

You don’t have to be an Olympic athlete to get the benefits…

The people in this study exercise mostly for fun, and this is a super-important point.

If exercise seems like something you don’t want to do, then you probably won’t do it.

“Norman Lazarus, Emeritus Professor at King’s College London and also a master cyclist and Dr. Ross Pollock, who undertook the muscle study, both agreed that: ‘Most of us who exercise have nowhere near the physiological capacities of elite athletes. We exercise mainly to enjoy ourselves. Nearly everybody can partake in an exercise that is in keeping with their own physiological capabilities.’”

While the group in this study had been exercising over a long period of time, any exercise you get will be beneficial to your health.

Especially exercise that is fun and lighthearted.

I particularly like high-intensity interval training. It’s fun and engaging and I feel so much better when I’m doing it.

But if you prefer things like cycling or boxing – or, like Jodie does, Jazzercise – then do that.

The most important thing in any exercise program is that you enjoy doing it so that you keep doing it.

Muscles? Here’s what happened to me when I started doing this…

My girlfriend is always squeezing my biceps…and she slips her hand down to my crotch and caresses my penis more often now…

It’s a blast to be developing new muscle…

And this is kind of weird, but it’s true: Men who replace fat with muscle gain a bulging, fatter, and more defined penis…one that gets hard when they want it to…every time…

So, not only is your body becoming more and more defined, your penis is also looking much bigger and stronger than it was!

And you will be having sex with it a LOT.
