Could this make your brain 20 years younger?

—-Important Message—-

These mature men are making millennial guys very angry

What are these “old farts” doing that they can so easily seduce young girls? Repeatedly!

I was going to call this the “old fart” method but then I got to thinking…

It works for guys of any age because it literally makes you horny – you can perform as if you were a teenager again.

And it seems to work under a wide variety of circumstances, with most men most of the time.

I’d be so pleased if you’d try it out yourself.

Even if you have been married for 40 years, it can’t hurt to be a young stallion again, can it?

Mature men who use this can perform sexually like teenagers again

Ballroom, bowling, and balling – this is pretty cool

Humans don’t like to be lonely.

By nature, we are social creatures.

Even those of us who are introverts need at least some social contact.

And one good reason for that is because strong social connections have long been associated with lower rates of dementia and Alzheimer’s…

And scientists are now proving that these social connections can actually improve cognitive function as we get older.

This is awesome!

Brain science has advanced significantly in the last decade or so.

And we are finding that these cognitive effects of socialization have a physiological basis.

That means that having enough social contact actually affects the physical structure of the brain!

Here’s how it works:

Bowling leagues, church attendance, and ballroom dance groups…

These researchers wanted to figure out why social connections are so important to memory function.

They put mice into living groups of 6-7 mice per group.

Remarkably, mice with stronger social connections (the ones in the larger groups) had fewer memory problems as they got older…

But their brains were also healthier overall as they aged.

[cmamad id=”18969″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

New research from The Ohio State University found that mice housed in groups had better memories and healthier brains than animals that lived in pairs.”

Because I’ve dealt with the reality of parents who have dementia, one of my main motivations as I get older is to keep my brain as healthy as possible.

I want to do everything possible to avoid dementia and Alzheimer’s.

That’s why I’m always interested in research that shows me practical ways to protect my brain.

In this study, a “larger social network” is how scientists describe the circumstances that benefit brain health.

There are, of course, other ways to benefit brain health as well.

But in this study, the researchers were looking at social connections.

“Our research suggests that merely having a larger social network can positively influence the aging brain…”

Thankfully, you don’t have to be a social butterfly or extremely outgoing to develop a larger social network.

There are many ways to achieve this.

Many people attend church. Others take ballroom dancing lessons or join meetup groups. And some people find that volunteering is fulfilling.

It doesn’t really matter what your social network is if you enjoy it and it is supportive.

This is important because, even if you don’t have obvious signs of dementia or Alzheimer’s, your brain can deteriorate as you age.

And your social network has a huge influence on how fast that happens.

“In humans, mice, and many other animals, brain function in the hippocampus markedly declines with age, even in the absence of dementia.”

The good news is, you can help to protect your brain by getting regular exercise and having plenty of positive social connections.

Exercise and social ties are known to preserve memory in this region in people…”

One very interesting result of this particular study is that the lack of social connection actually increased inflammation in the brains in the mice in the experiment.

That means there was a real, measurable PHYSICAL effect from not having enough social connections.

“After the housing experiment, the researchers examined the brain tissue of the mice and found increased inflammation in the pair-housed mice – biological evidence of eroded cognitive health.”

From my own experience and extensive research, I know that if there is brain inflammation there is inflammation in other parts of the body as well.

This could mean that a lack of social connection not only puts you at risk for lower cognitive ability and possibly dementia or Alzheimer’s – but also for a host of other inflammation-related diseases.

Diabetes, high blood pressure, and even erectile dysfunction are all inflammation-related diseases.

And since isolation seems to increase brain inflammation in these mice, then it might be something you want to avoid too.

It’s good for your health to join social groups even if you’re highly introverted.

Just make sure they are supportive and are something you enjoy.

To your health!

If you don’t like to socialize – here’s the next best thing that protects your brain…

…and it also cleanses your penile chambers.

I know it’s weird, but there is a connection between erection problems and brain problems…

Let me explain…

Most of today’s fad diets increase something that’s called blood fat…

And sleeping poorly, missing meals, counting calories and cutting carbs can really skyrocket a man’s blood fat levels.

Then the blood fat crosses the blood-brain barrier.

There, the blood fat builds up plaque in the brain cells. This leads to Alzheimer’s.

And blood fat is also implicated in erection problems…

Blood fat irritates the linings of the penile chambers of the penis.

The linings of the arteries and the linings in the penile chambers become swollen and inflamed and angry when they are exposed to blood fat.

Then builds up in the arteries… Arteries that you need to be nice and clear if you are ever going to have good erections again.

I was like that for years! Plaque was building up in my penile chambers. Heck, it was even building up in my brain!

I started forgetting my keys, phone numbers, and even people’s names!

But then I discovered how to get rid of blood fat and regain powerful long-lasting erections again…

The secret is the opposite of everything you’ve been told. I found certain “out of favor” foods that will bring back your strong sex drive… You will feel that hardening pressure in your pants again.

Here’s exactly what to do to stop the harm caused by blood fat.
