Researchers: Why Insulin Shots Actually Worsen Diabetes
Researchers at Yale University want everyone suffering from diabetes to find out about this incredible discovery.
What doctors prescribe to keep diabetes under control, actually WORSENS it, putting your life in danger.
If you have diabetes and take insulin shots this terrible thing can happen to you.
Bad news for bottled water
Despite its continued promotion by nutrition schools and dentists everywhere, it’s been known for decades that fluoride is profoundly toxic.
Fluoride is associated with serious adverse outcomes, and yet it’s still commonly found in our water supply.
Even if you go to great lengths to avoid fluoridated water, it is present nearly everywhere in restaurants, where tap water is used to cook meals.
Greater exposure to high levels of fluoride in water was significantly associated with reduced levels of intelligence in children. – Duan et al. (2018)
And it is not just children being affected, but everyone.
Its most fundamental effect on physiology is probably its impact on thyroid function.
Thyroid function regulates the basal metabolic rate of the human body, and influences every tissue, cell and organ in the human body.
Fluoride is associated with a decline in circulating thyroid hormones T3 and T4.
If it can affect the intelligence of children, and lower the serum levels of thyroid hormones, clearly fluoride is not a minor toxin.
Taurine and thyroid function
Fortunately, the amino acid taurine can reverse the effect of fluoride on thyroid function.
‘’…taurine restored fluoride-mediated decrease in the circulatory conc- -entrations of triiodothyronine, thyroxine, and the ratio of triiodothyronine to thyroxine. ’’ – Adedara et al. (2017)
A human-equivalent dose of 15 to 30 mg/kg was able to reverse the damage to the thyroid and kidneys over 45 days.
This represents about half a teaspoon of taurine powder for most people.
It can easily be added to applesauce, or yogurt.
It even protects against ongoing fluoride exposure from tap water.
What does this mean?
This result is not necessarily surprising.
At a physiological level, hypothyroidism is associated with lower taurine concentrations in platelets.
Conversely, as thyroid function improves, this is reflected in higher levels of taurine.
Therefore, fluoride probably does many negative things, including lowering endogenous levels of taurine.
Supplementing taurine counteracts this effect on thyroid function, but is probably not sufficient to fully protect against the negative effects of fluoride.
Taurine acts on a fundamental level, not specifically with respect to fluoride.
It has a myriad of other benefits, including being protective against various other toxins like lead and insecticides.
This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t care about these toxins because taurine exists.
A reverse osmosis filter (which removes fluoride) remains a crucial investment to stop this problem at the source.
However, Taurine seems like a safe, cheap, and very effective way to prevent serious problems from fluoride exposure.

CID5920 boosts thyroid function — can add 20-30 happy, healthy, sexy years to men’s lives
Men like George Bush, Rod Stewart, and Joe Piscopo have been secretly taking this weird molecule for years.
It’s a natural “anti-aging” molecule that was first discovered in 1950 by Dr. Broda Barnes.
He tested this molecule on more than 3,000 men, reporting powerful health benefits like a faster metabolism, perfect blood pressure, more stamina, even better sexual abilities…
And since then, it’s been kept a secret — only available to the affluent, privileged upper class of celebrities and politicians.
Until now… I’ve found a way to make it available to men like you and me.
But there’s no telling when it may get “banned” again!
