Avoid penile fibrosis

Avoid penile fibrosis

Every day, at least one or two men will email me looking for hope.

Their urologist has told them that they are not getting enough blood into their penis.

And that’s the reason why they can’t have erections.

They say that they have scar tissue on the penis, a lump on penis shaft, or a curved penis.

Sometimes the urologist has told them that their valves are leaking.

The leak means that the blood isn’t staying in the erection chambers.

It’s leaking out.

And their arteries are too clogged for the blood to get into their penis.

If we use the popular comparison to it being “men’s plumbing,” it seems to make sense.

And if it’s like plumbing — if things are clogged, you just need a little Drano and maybe a plunger to fix it.

I’m not really trying to joke here — it’s a very mechanistic view.

But I don’t think it’s altogether correct.

It’s more complicated than just being “plumbing.”

And it’s not a matter of things just getting clogged.

It’s a matter of a long-term lack of oxygen reaching the cells lining the arteries that line the erection chambers.

These are the endothelial cells.

Endothelial cells are not just found in the artery lining in the penis, but they’re everywhere in the body.

If they don’t get enough oxygen, it’s called hypoxia, or oxidative stress.

And it leads to internal inflammation.

In the penis, this translates to poor erections.

Other parts of the body suffer different versions of the same consequences.

We’ve known about this chain reaction for a long time.

And still, current treatments do not address it properly.

But improving treatments will start with understanding the fibrosis process.

It starts with the oxidative stress.

This leads to long-term lack of oxygen in the tissues — hypoxia.

This causes a lot of inflammation, and the body produces high levels of stress hormones to deal with the low oxygen situation.

The increased hormone levels lead to an increase in estrogen and other hormones.

These cause the cells to reproduce like crazy and to swell up with water.

This is the inflammation.

The body tries to correct the problem by creating more blood vessels.

They can grow into a tangled mass of tissue called fibrosis.

Or they could grow as more well-organized cancerous tumors.

Fibrosis is the very common end point for oxidative stress.

And fibrosis affects not just the penile tissues, but all of the tissues.

This image shows just some of the issues that fibrosis causes.

Virtually everybody who has penile fibrosis also has fatty liver disease.

They probably also have fibrosis in the liver, the heart, the kidneys, the pancreas, and probably in every other part of the body too.

But there’s good news — fortunately, fibrosis is reversible.

You can actually undo a lot of the damage from fibrosis.

And when you do that, you start to fix everything — not just the male member, but all organs that are suffering from fibrosis.

This is where big Pharma rears its ugly head.

They recommend all kinds of extremely expensive big Pharma chemicals that are under patent and quite expensive.

And these drugs not particularly effective either.

There are just so many studies and so much nonsense around these big Pharma chemicals.

And it’s because they’re so darn profitable.

But nature has its own way of getting rid of fibrosis — which is much more effective, and completely natural.

There are many vitamins and supplements that can help to reverse fibrosis.

These include vitamin K2, vitamin D3, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin B6.

Anything that helps to lower serotonin levels helps as well.

Just a few of these would be plain ordinary aspirin and to get plenty of sugar.

A diet low in PUFAs helps as well, and coconut oil reduces inflammation.

Keeping the gut moving to prevent endotoxins helps keep serotonin lower as well.

Also, anything that increases carbon dioxide levels including thiamine, sugar, bag breathing.

You can see there is no shortage of simple, natural ways to help reverse fibrosis.

These are all very effective ways of getting rid of fibrosis.

And you can use these to avoid penile fibrosis all together.

And the reversal will affect any fibrosis in your entire body.

You’ll restore your male member, saving yourself from a life of penile fibrosis.

This will clean up the liver, heart, and arteries so that you’re getting plenty of blood everywhere it needs to go.

You won’t have to worry about any leaky valves either, since they’ll be cleaned out, too.
