The trick to fixing a small, soft penis is easier than we ever imagined.

The elders of a reclusive Amazonian tribe have been using it for years, behind closed doors…

When they reach 60, they are taught this “rockiness ritual” that grows and STRENGTHENS their boners.

And these older men (69 to 113 years old), have a monopoly on the youngest, most attractive women in the village.

Their manhoods are truly legendary

Women from neighboring tribes literally travel on rafts, down the perilous Amazon River…

…just to get penetrated by these old men’s giant manhoods…

And we now know the secret behind these MASSIVE members…

It all comes from 1 surprisingly simple “rockiness ritual” that any man can do in the comfort of his own home.

It’s already worked for 1,000s of men…

Why don’t you try it out, and let me know what you think?

My new favorite natural treatment for gut problems

Matt Cook here, and if you struggle with random bouts of diarrhea, constipation, stomach cramping, or nausea…

…it could be signs of an inflammatory bowel disease such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease.

These can be life changing and very difficult to treat conditions…

Because the medications for IBD don’t work for everyone – and they can have major side-effects.

Effective alternative treatments are necessary.

That’s why in recent years, we’ve been studying a small number of probiotic bacteria which seem to be beneficial for many people with inflammatory bowel diseases.

Indian researchers recently published work which showed that 1 probiotic can improve inflammation…

…as well as the physical and psychological symptoms of inflammatory bowel diseases – without side effects.

The human research was carried out at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India The paper was published as a preprint on medRxiv, an online journal.

Gut problems are complicated – but alterations in gut bacteria are always a part of gut problems.

Gut bacteria (probiotics) can help with gut problems – but it’s important to find the appropriate probiotics for each case.

“Probiotic intervention is an important approach for the treatment and health restoration in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).”

This research looked at a specific strain of a probiotic called Bacillus coagulans.

The strain, known as Unique IS-2, is shown to be beneficial in other diseases with gut components – but was never tested in inflammatory bowel disease before.

“The preventive and therapeutic effects of probiotic Bacillus coagulans Unique IS-2 in different diseases have been well recognized but its efficacy in IBD is unreported.”

The researchers carried out a human trial looking at the effect of this probiotic over a four-week period in people with inflammatory bowel diseases.

“Those satisfying compliance criteria were recruited in the study and given either probiotic B. coagulans Unique IS-2 or placebo for 4 weeks as per randomization.”

The first finding was that the probiotic survives the tricky passage through the stomach and is able to live in the gastrointestinal system.

B. coagulans Unique IS-2 demonstrated good survival in GI tract by significantly high detection in the probiotic treated group.”

As with many probiotics, this strain of Bacillus coagulans had a knock-on effect on many other bacteria which live in the gut.

“Significant enhancement in beneficial Lactobacilli was observed in the probiotic treated group.”

The probiotic increased the amount of many healthy gut bacteria.

“We saw an increase in Bacillus, Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Bacteroides, Lachnospira, Blautia and Alistipes in the post intervention samples.”

Bacillus coagulans also led to a decrease in a number of bacteria which have been implicated in having a causal role in inflammatory bowel diseases.

“A decrease in the abundance of Sutterella, Dialister, Roseburia and Megasphaera was observed in post intervention samples.”

The researchers also found a significant increase in an anti-inflammatory protein called IL-10.

IL-10 is widely thought to be protective against inflammatory bowel disease.

“Increased secretion of cytokine IL-10 was observed in the probiotic treated group.”

On the other hand, bacillus coagulans decreased inflammatory proteins which are associated with these diseases.

“Decrease in the secretion of IL-6, IL-1β, TNF- α, IL -17 and IL -23 was observed in the probiotic treated group.”

Most importantly, the researchers found a significant decrease in symptoms – both physical and psychological in people taking the probiotic.

“A reduction in the severity of disease symptoms and improvement in the physical, behavioral and psychological parameters was observed in the probiotic treated group.”

The research puts Bacillus coagulans alongside a small number of other probiotic bacteria.

These bacteria have the potential to be foundry beneficial for people with inflammatory bowel diseases.

“The observed results demonstrated that B. coagulans Unique IS-2 was effective in adult IBD patients.”

You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.

How I’m using Super C to lower and control inflammation

Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'

Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps our body get rid of harmful free radicals.

Harmful free radicals damage the cells and tissues, and trigger inflammation in the body.

And inflammation leads to so many health problems… like heart disease, autoimmune diseases, even cancer…

So controlling inflammation is key if you want to live a healthy life free from chronic disease.

And fortunately, vitamin C can help with that.

But I’m taking it a step further… I’m using a different kind of vitamin C that I call Super C.

Super C may be a breakthrough in vitamin C because it lasts much longer in the body and can cross the blood brain barrier.

See why you want to add Super C to your supplement stack
