It increases the amount of lean muscle mass which protects men as they age!

I defied my doctors with this “dangerous” testosterone experiment

One of the first health experiments I ever conducted on myself landed me an interview with ABC News, believe it or not.

But my doctors were freaking out… none of them wanted me to go through with what they called my “dangerous” experiment…

And now I know why… because everything I’m doing works better than anything they can prescribe…

There’s nothing dangerous about this… my testosterone is now up past 900!

And what I’ve discovered is completely natural… it drives your testicles to produce testosterone at an unprecedented rate…

And this is awesome for building muscle mass. You don’t even have to work out this way!

Here’s what I did in my “dangerous” testosterone experiment that naturally increased my T, helped me effortlessly build muscle mass, and pissed my doctor off LOL

A workout for men – without exercise – just take this vitamin

I’m all about living well for your entire life.

I want to stay healthy and sexually active until I’m 120 and I have a plan to do it.

I’ve even written a book about it!

However, just because I have a plan doesn’t mean that I don’t take aging related problems seriously…

One of the big problems that happens to most people as they age is the loss of muscle mass.

It doesn’t happen fast, people only lose about 1% of muscle mass a year.

So most men don’t really notice that it’s happening.

“People over 50 lose up to one percent of their skeletal muscle mass each year, and this loss is thought to affect more than 50 million people worldwide.”

But the effects of muscle mass loss can be quite significant over time — leading to problems with diabetes and physical disability.

“It’s a big problem because it can lead to frailty and other poor outcomes such as sarcopenia, physical disability, type-2 diabetes, reduced quality of life and death.”

The common wisdom for combating aging-related muscle loss is to do load-bearing exercises — like walking or weight training.

This isn’t bad advice, moderate exercise is good for you.

But new research shows that there’s a SUPER easy way to help retain muscle mass and keep yourself healthy…

It’s all about taking in enough vitamin C.

This study was done with 13,000 subjects who took part in the EPIC Norfolk Study (European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition).

It was led by the University of Anglia.

The research team studied data from more than 13,000 people aged between 42-82 years, who are taking part in the EPIC (European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition) Norfolk Study.

During this time, researchers looked at what is called “skeletal muscle mass” and found that vitamin C intake led to stronger muscles.

Dr. Richard Hayhoe, also from UEA’s Norwich Medical School, said: “We studied a large sample of older Norfolk residents and found that people with the highest amounts of vitamin C in their diet or blood had the greatest estimated skeletal muscle mass, compared to those with the lowest amounts.

This is a big deal because of how protective lean muscle mass is as we age.

I love simple fixes like this!

But it’s not something you are likely to hear from your doctor.

That’s not because most doctors don’t care.

It’s because most doctors’ training comes primarily from Big Pharma, and they’d rather sell you chemicals for life then tell you to eat a bit differently.

You don’t even need that much vitamin C to get this positive effect.

A piece of citrus and a side of veggies a day have a positive impact (always make sure your veggies are well cooked).

“We’re not talking about people needing mega-doses. Eating a citrus fruit, such as an orange, each day and having a vegetable side to a meal will be sufficient for most people.”

I also strongly recommend that you drink a glass of orange juice every single day.

The orange juice will provide lots of vitamin C and other nutrients that are important.

If you just can’t get in Vitamin C from food, you can take a special form of vitamin C that I’ve discovered called Super C (more below)…

It can have a HUGE positive effect on health!

Ultimately, how healthy you stay as you age is strongly influenced not just by your genetics but also by the choices you make.

And getting adequate vitamin C can be very protective to your health…

When men take normal vitamin C, it only stays in the bloodstream for a few minutes.

You’ll know exactly what I mean if you take a bunch of regular vitamin C and then go look in the toilet…

Your pee will be bright yellow!

That’s all the vitamin C leaking out of you before it has time to really give you true benefits.

But — when men take my Super C, it says in the bloodstream for HOURS…

And it penetrates the tissues, the organs, the glands, and even the brain.

Here’s how to get my special Super C today (and it’s free)
