How to boost confidence and virtually eliminate anxiety…

—–Important Message—–

I’ve been very reluctant to disclose something about my recent discovery… But I’m going to reveal it right here…

Many years ago, they discovered a simple substance that restored people’s metabolism to the one they had when they were a teenager.

People quickly realized they could use this for losing weight and for restoring sexual stamina.

100,000 guys used it almost immediately and loved it.

Of course, it couldn’t last.

Despite an amazing safety record, the Big Pharma corporations got them to ban the substance.

It was too cheap, and not under patent.

Well, I went to the studies in medical literature and discovered why that substance worked.

Then to my astonishment, after looking at over 100 studies, I stumbled on this major revelation.

And it’s so simple, OMG.

It has only a few ingredients and mixing it up is no more difficult than mixing up a cocktail like a Manhattan.

Put whiskey, Italian vermouth, and Angostura bitters in a glass and stir it all up – and you have a Manhattan.

Well, it’s just as simple to follow my simple system.

Of course, The Big Pharma approach is to change the molecule slightly – then get it patented.

They get your doc to prescribe it and collect hundreds a month for it from billions of guys.

That’s a lot of money.

But the studies showed something that Big Pharma doesn’t want you to know.

Certain common household substances that are in your kitchen and bathroom, and at your health food store, have the same effects as that original substance they banned.

But the stuff that I’m talking about is all totally safety tested over the past 100–150 years. And it’s not patented. It’s dirt cheap!

The Big Pharma companies hate this… They want men to take the stuff their doctor orders rather than the simple cheap supplements I’m revealing right here.

These supplements may raise your metabolism as much as 30% or more – and may get you back the body and sexual performance you had as a teenager.

A strange new benefit of testosterone (anxiety and confidence)

Testosterone is one of the most important male hormones.

It plays a large role in maintaining muscle mass and leanness.

Low testosterone is associated with many problems including obesity, diabetes, and erectile dysfunction.

But testosterone also plays a large role in the brain.

It can help men maintain a calm, confident outlook on the world.

So it should be no surprise that restoring optimal testosterone levels could help depression.

Recently, researchers looked at some of the best studies on the topic of testosterone and depression.

They coordinated their research at the Department of Biological Psychology, Technische Universität Dresden, Germany and published their results in the Journal of the American Medical Association: Psychiatry.

[cmamad id=”19772″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

Depression is a major problem that pharmaceutical medicine has not effectively addressed.

“Countering depressive disorders is a public health priority. Antidepressants are the first-line treatment, although they show modest effects.”

Many men report improvements in mental health after testosterone supplementation.

But some in the medical field claim to doubt its efficacy.

“In men, testosterone treatment is a controversial alternative or adjunct treatment option.”

These researchers decided to conduct a review and meta-analysis of the best research in the field.

They pulled together information from dozens of studies that looked at testosterone supplementation and depression.

“We selected randomized placebo-controlled clinical trials of testosterone treatment that report on depressive symptoms on psychometrically validated depression scales.”

After searching through numerous large medical databases, they found good data in 27 studies which included almost 2,000 men.

When the researchers combined the data, they concluded that testosterone may be very effective in the treatment of depression.

“Analysis of 27 trials suggested that testosterone is associated with a significant reduction in depressive symptoms compared with placebo.”

Men who received testosterone supplementation were more than twice as likely to improve over placebo.

Compliance is usually a problem with any medical treatment.

So the researchers looked at compliance in relation to testosterone supplementation.

They found that men were no more likely to stop taking the testosterone treatment than the placebo.

And that suggests that side effects are probably not an issue.

“There was no significant difference between acceptability of testosterone treatment and placebo.”

There was quite a lot of variability in the effects of supplemental testosterone.

“The models suggested significant interactions for testosterone treatment with dosage and symptom variability at baseline.”

A number of factors could be behind this.

The dose may be too low and therefore ineffective.

The dose may be too high and lead to an increase in estrogen.

And estrogen acts against the effects of testosterone. It is inflammatory and has a negative effect on mood.

The testosterone-to-estrogen ratio is just as important as the level of testosterone.

The researchers concluded that testosterone is a viable treatment for depression in men.

“Testosterone treatment appears to be effective and efficacious in reducing depressive symptoms in men, particularly when higher-dosage regimens were applied in carefully selected samples.”

Optimizing testosterone levels will benefit most men.

But you must get somebody who knows what they are doing to monitor your testosterone supplementation.

That way you can avoid negative side effects that could make your health worse.

Lifestyle factors have a huge effect on testosterone levels.

For optimal testosterone, you need proper sleep – it’s crucial.

This means about eight hours of unbroken sleep at night.

Nighttime shift work is terrible for testosterone.

Psychological stress is another factor that can lower testosterone.

Whatever you can do to lower stress can have a huge effect.

A little bit of exercise can boost testosterone a lot.

Keeping body fat low is also very important for optimal testosterone levels.

If you are concerned about low testosterone, you should consult a healthcare practitioner and get it checked out.
