How to Reduce Cell Phone Radiation Exposure

Today, we all carry our cell phones around everywhere.

But maybe we carry our cell phones around in the wrong way.

Maybe the way we carry our smart phones is causing us cancer, ED, and other symptoms that we are not aware of.

That’s what we will discuss today.

What I like about this study is that they are not beholden to the cell phone companies.

And they actually used a real cell phone in the study.

So, it’s not some exaggerated amount of radiation that is unlikely to happen in the real world.

The study originates from Iran where they don’t have any big drug companies making huge profits as they do in the Western world.

At least to my knowledge.

There are a lot of studies conducted on the effect of cell phone radiation.

But in the Western world, nobody wants to think that cell phones may cause damage.

In this study, they found it has a definite effect.

And they found this by measuring the effect of cell phone radiation on a blood chemical called ferritin.

But what is ferritin?

Ferritin is a chemical in our blood that stores iron.

As you know, iron is necessary for certain reactions — such as being able to breathe.

But iron is also a very dangerous free radical.

So, you need to monitor how much iron you have in your blood carefully.

And iron is very responsive to the cell phone radiation, which is why they used ferritin as a measure of the effect of radiation on tissue.

In the study they found

a significant decrease in serum ferritin.

This finding tells us there is a definite effect of the cell phone radiation — at least on blood ferritin levels.

And low ferritin levels create other problems in the body.

What’s interesting to note is that in the safety studies required today, the actual exposure is much higher than what they did in the study.

You’d think that would be good news, right?

But those safety studies are flawed, and the information passed to the consumer is flawed.

That means that today’s levels that are supposedly safe are probably not safe.

Results of this study suggested that the allowed radiation emission levels for mobile phones might not be sufficient to prevent biological effects.

And there are many other studies showing the same findings.

This is a different study — this one is from Croatia.

And they did the study on a fast growing plant that is easy to study.

Plant tissue and cells use all the same kinds of mechanisms that animal and human cells do.

This includes DNA, oxidative stress, and respiration.

All cells in all life have a lot of similarities — so this is a good study that can show at a basic level the effects of cell phone radiation.

There are certain chemicals called enzymes in the cells.

The role of these enzymes is to control the damage that oxygen can cause.

After exposure to cell phone radiations, the researchers found greatly reduced levels of these enzymes.

Without enough of the enzymes present, that means that cells are much more likely to be damaged by oxidative stress.

Oxidative stress is what we call all of the problems caused by free radicals from oxygen running around the cell causing damage.

Radiofrequency fields induced oxidative stress in duckweed as well as unspecific stress responses, especially of antioxidative enzymes.

Further, and potentially even more important, the study found an increase in the harmful lipid peroxidation of fat.

If you follow a Western diet and include vegetable oils in your diet, this is a special risk.

Microwave and cell phone radiation along with polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) can lead to runaway lipid peroxidation reactions.

And these reactions lead to inflammation in the entire body as a result.

So, what do you do now?

You might want to think about moving the cell phone away from your body.

I’m not too worried about Bluetooth.

So, you might want to use a Bluetooth headset instead of holding the cell phone up your head.

I would do everything I could to make sure that the phone is at a distance from your body.

Even a foot away instead of in your pocket would make a great deal of difference regarding exposure.
