New study shows dangers of prostate medications

You must be very careful about which drugs you receive from doctors.

You need to research things and ask your doctor a lot of questions.

After years of use, we find out that many supposedly safe drugs are dangerous instead.

Every new study shows dangers of prostate medication and every other medication.

And in the meantime, men suffer with the side effects of drugs.

Many men suffer the effects of dangerous blood pressure medications.

They cope with the effects of dangerous statin medications.

And men experience terrible side effects from prostate medications.

In this very new study, they evaluated the sexual effects of the most common indications given to treat BPH.

BPH is benign prostatic hyperplasia, the swelling or enlargement of the prostate.

This happens to many men as they get older.

One of the things that are really sad or how little training doctors get on the true causes of BPH.

BPH is fairly easily fixed without any medication at all.

And it is quite possible to treat BPH with some simple vitamins and simple activities.

These natural treatments let a man urinate normally and have great sex at the same time.

Well, not great sex while urinating — LOL.

The sad fact is that Big Pharma stuffs these medications down men’s throats and get away with it.

And still, doctors simply do not know better.

They prescribe them left and right.

I’m talking about finasteride, dutasteride, and other 5-alpha reductase blockers.

You know them as Proscar, Propecia, or Avodart.

The big lie that went along with these medications was this:

(T)here is no evidence of increased sexual adverse experiences with increased duration of treatment with (finasteride 5 mg)” and “resolution (of sexual adverse experiences) occurred in men who discontinued therapy with (finasteride 1 mg) due to these (sexual) side effects and in most of those who continued therapy.

We’ve known this to be a lie for years.

I believe that the huge pharmaceutical corporations simply buried and concealed the evidence.

In this study, researchers found that the truth was quite different.

Adverse event reporting was of poor quality, systematically biased, not generalizable to routine practice, and that most subjects had ≤1 year of finasteride exposure.

What you just read is business as usual for the huge pharmaceutical corporations.

They hide the side effects.

And each year that they can continue marketing their potions, they can earn anywhere from one to $5 billion.

There is so much money at stake that a handful of giant pharmaceutical corporations together make just about as much money as all other Fortune 500 corporations combined.

That’s a big incentive to hide the truth.

The problem with these medications is that they interfere with the male body’s production of DHT and dramatically reduce DHT levels.

DHT is the most necessary and important male hormone, even more so than testosterone.

Duration of finasteride exposure proved to be a more accurate predictor of sexual dysfunction than higher dose vs lower dose of finasteride,

Finasteride exerts near-maximal inhibition of 5α-DHT synthesis at a dose of 1 mg.

Even the lowest doses of finasteride pretty much prevent the male body from making DHT.

Without DHT, results can be long-term and long-standing erectile dysfunction.

And that’s just to start.

Other problems include an inability to reach orgasm and low penis sensitivity.

Plus, low sex drive is an almost universal result.

And the bigger problem is that these side effects don’t stop when you stop taking the medication.

So what are the odds that you will suffer this problem?

I would say they are extremely high.

I think they’re much higher than the study shows because the study relies on data from other studies.

These other studies have purposely been under-reporting and biasing their statistics.

Men with no prostate disease, more than 11.5 clinical encounters, and more than 106 days of use had a 5.3% rate of new erectile dysfunction.

And even this probably grossly understates the problem.

Worse yet, the problem tends to continue for weeks, months, years, or a lifetime.

Once the severe disruptions of DHT happen, the male body has a very difficult time in righting the ship.
