Increase libido naturally

Increase libido naturally

I appear to have hit a nerve for some people.

I published a newsletter the other day that caused a bit of an uproar.

There was proof — I included the study and showed the evidence.

But so many of the responses to that newsletter were what you’d call hate mail.

The newsletter proves (with a very persuasive study) that testosterone levels do not decline as healthy men age.

And you can increase libido naturally, without testosterone supplementation.

And it’s the truth.

We have so many men today with health problems that they do not even know that they have.

And these men experience a falling testosterone level.

So doctors want to boost male libido with medications.

But the solution is not to inject testosterone.

The solution is to find the cause of low testosterone.

That cause is almost always inflammation and oxidative stress.

And treating that lets the body raise testosterone levels on its own.

There are exceptions.

A lot of the mail I got was from guys who were telling me their personal story.

Now, I never said that NO man would benefit from supplemental testosterone.

But supplemental testosterone has many risks and problems with it.

At the end of the day, if you can avoid it you’re much better off.

One reason that supplemental testosterone does not provide a solution for most men is that in increases estrogen levels.

It messes with our blood cells, and so it does not help us recover from erectile dysfunction.

So today I want to show a study that shows in greater detail how hormone levels change as men age.

And I’ll show you what you can do about it.

The hope is that we can get something out of this that lets us keep our testosterone levels high.

And we want to keep high sexual function and increase sex drive, without taking any drugs from Big Pharma.

Age-dependent changes in the concentration of active sex steroids, their precursors, metabolites, and regulating agents in male blood

This study is from Russian study, and it’s very, very good.

One of the great advantages of Russian studies is that their scientists are top-notch.

Plus, they are not beholden to big drug companies the way most researchers are in the United States and the Western world.

These Russian researchers sampled the blood of many men from 18 years old to 72 years old and published the results.

It’s very simple and very clean.

Brace yourself, this study shows the same thing as the study I showed you the other day.

It showed that healthy men’s testosterone levels do not have to change as they age.

Despite the reduced activity of steroidogenic glands in 60- to 70-year-old men, their testosterone and estradiol concentrations remain unchanged.

There’s another finding that we can use to take some action for ourselves.

The androgen effect was inhibited as a result of reduced levels of unbound testosterone and 5a-DHT.

As men age, androgen production may decline due to less active enzymes.

We can make up for this by increasing the quantity of “prohormones” that we take.

The best prohormones to take are probably DHEA and pregnenolone.

Some men may benefit from a little bit of DHT or androsterone.

A little bit of extra prohormone helps the aging male body compensate for its reduced DHT production.

And DHT is really the primary and most important hormone for erections aside from oxytocin.

A very similar study was done in Canada with 40-year-old to 80-year-old men.

Changes in serum concentrations of conjugated and unconjugated steroids in 40- to 80-year-old men

The marked decrease in DHEA formation by the adrenals leads to a decrease of about 50% in total androgens in men between the ages of 40-80 yr. Such a decrease probably affects many physiological processes during aging.

As you can see, this is another argument for small amounts of supplemental DHEA and pregnenolone.

Supplemental androsterone might also be a good idea.

But in most cases, it’s best NOT to supplement testosterone or DHT.

1. Is it possible to enlarge penis naturally?
I get a lot of questions about enlarging your penis naturally. Is it possible to make your penis longer without dangerous drugs or dangerous stretching exercises?
In fact, penis enlargement is possible. The trouble is, many enlargement techniques also cause internal scarring. The reason they do that is that there is a great deal of the penis that is inside the male body. Sometimes one third or one half of the penis length is actually inside the body. You have heard the expression that a man can be either a “shower” or a “grower”?
The truth is, that some of the techniques pull some of the penis out of the inside of the body and make the outside part longer. But there is always a price, especially of the sensitive supporting tissue such as ligaments that keep the penis in good physical shape and allow good natural erections.
Also, some techniques don’t do anything about the girth of the penis. They only do something about the length. And sometimes girth is more important than length especially when it comes to feeling more sensation. It’s also more important to a woman if a man’s penis is a little fatter because a woman feels that difference more than she does a little bit of extra length.

2. How to get oxytocin naturally?

Oxytocin is the true hormone for erections for men. In many experiments, injections of oxytocin can increase the quality and the rigidity of men’s erections and can make them or make their erections last much longer.
People think that testosterone is the hormone of erections but it is really oxytocin. In rat studies, rats injected with oxytocin get an immediate erection and they keep it for a long time. The same thing is probably true of people. With people, they administer oxytocin through a nasal spray because it can’t be administered orally. But, supplemental oxytocin is not particularly safe. You need to have oxytocin produced naturally, in the brain and in the testes. For women, oxytocin can be produced in the brain and the ovaries and the breasts.
If you can produce oxytocin naturally, you are more likely to feel connected, happy, and fulfilled. And your erections will be much better quality, last longer, and you will feel more sense of pleasure from sex.
Oxytocin also increases your feelings of love and connection with your partner and high oxytocin is probably the reason why some people enjoy very long lasting and fulfilling relationships. They have naturally figured out how to build oxytocin.

3. Will green tea help erectile dysfunction?

Some people believe that green tea will help erectile dysfunction. But is it true?
Green tea contains many many different chemicals. The most well-known chemicals, of course, include caffeine. Caffeine does not hurt corrections and may, in fact, help erections for men. Gren tea also contains theanine. Theanine is an amino acid but it has certain qualities of lowering adrenaline and causing relaxation and calmness. Relaxation is great for erections.  So in this sense, theanine is very helpful. And theanine helps dull some of the bad effects that can come from too much caffeine.
Finally, green tea contains many polyphenols.  These are kind of a mixed bag for men. On the one hand, polyphenols in green tea may help increase VEGF, which is an important signalling molecule. Increasing VEGF has restored erections in rat studies.
On the other hand, green tea polyphenols also have a tendency to depress thyroid and to reduce the levels of testosterone and other male hormones in the body.
