So how normal are you?

If you’re suffering from erectile dysfunction, are you alone?

Or are you just one of many men having the same problem?

Is this problem something that you can solve without drugs, naturally?

Can it be solved without surgery, pills, or anything like that?

Well, we’ve got a pretty decent study today with a random sampling of older men.

It studied the kinds of problems these men are facing with sexual function.

Now, what makes the study important is that it shows a link between enlarged prostate and erectile dysfunction.

They looked at the relationship between enlarged prostate and sexuality.

Here’s a graph that shows what these researchers found.

It may be slightly confusing so let me explain what it means.

The graph is broken down by age group.

I put the highlights over there in the bubbles.

Here’s the bottom line for men who are experiencing what doctors call lower urinary tract problems.

They found that for those coping with prostate inflammation, erectile dysfunction is very common.

And for men over 60, it’s almost universal.

What this means is that prostate problems and erectile dysfunction go together, hand in hand.

But why do prostate problems accompany erectile dysfunction?

Why do enlarged prostate and ED both happen to the same patients?

I think the reason is that the cause of prostate problems is internal inflammation in the body.

And this also causes erectile dysfunction.

The inflammation causes clogging in the arteries feeding the penis.

They become rigid and dysfunctional.

The surfaces of the erection chambers in the penis, endothelial tissue, gets inflamed and dysfunctional.

This inflammation happens all over the body, but it’s very visible in the penis and the prostate.

We’ve known for a long time that erectile dysfunction leads to other issues.

Men who have experienced erectile dysfunction are much more likely to experience heart and cardiovascular problems.

Now it’s obvious that men with prostate issues often both problems because they share the common cause.

So if you reduce your inflammation, and you can potentially avoid both.
