Raising cholesterol increases life?

I keep trying to get the word out on cholesterol.

Every steroid hormone in the body, including testosterone, comes from cholesterol.

Your body can make cholesterol, or you can get cholesterol from your diet, such as when you eat eggs.

Most people think that they need to lower their cholesterol.

People avoid high cholesterol foods.

They spend a lot of time and money managing cholesterol.

But really, most people need to raise her cholesterol.

Cholesterol levels should be higher to live longer and have a healthier life.

Normal cholesterol levels in the blood should be much higher.

The worst thing you can do (in most cases) is to take statin medications that lower cholesterol.

And it’s a bad idea for two reasons.

Number one, the medications have terrible side effects — some of which may not be reversible.

And number two, statins lower your cholesterol — which is a bad thing.

So let me show you why lowering your cholesterol is a bad thing.

The only reason that cholesterol ever got a bad name was because they found cholesterol in the plaque deposits in people’s arteries.

It was not studied to find out exactly WHY the cholesterol was there.

Yet cholesterol caught the blame, and there’s been an obsessive drive to lower it for everyone.

This has had a host of negative effects on our health.

But cholesterol is finally being studied.

And it turns out that the cholesterol in the artery plaque is acting like firefighters fighting a fire.

The cholesterol is actually part of a healing process for inflamed arteries.

It may be a very bad idea to remove that cholesterol.

It’s possible that the plaque deposits may get loose, or the arteries may leak, causing a lot of other problems.

It’s just like it being a bad idea to get rid of firefighters who are fighting a fire.

Think of it as if you only see a few firefighters around… you think it must be a small fire, right?

But what if the fire is much larger, and you don’t have enough firefighters around?

There are benefits of high cholesterol.

This is what treating your cholesterol to lower it is doing.

This study was done with 3800 men, all elderly.

These results were striking.

Only the group with low cholesterol concentration at both examinations had a significant association with mortality.

The researchers were extremely confused when they looked at these results.

They were expecting lower cholesterol to be better… instead, they found that it was WORSE.

They found that people with low cholesterol had a significantly higher chance of death than people with high cholesterol.

High cholesterol actually makes it less likely for people to die.

The worst thing you can do is lower your cholesterol.

We have been unable to explain our results. These data cast doubt on the scientific justification for lowering cholesterol…

I never get my cholesterol checked, and I don’t care what it is.

It was checked once as part of a routine lab, and it was over 200.

And I would like it to be a bit higher.

In fact, consuming large amounts of fructose and sugar will help your cholesterol go up higher.

Higher cholesterol is very protective, especially as you get older.

If you show this to your doctor, he will not believe you.

He will just go on prescribing statin medications as he always has.

Doctors are amongst the most close minded people.

Even when the research is very clear, they continue to follow the crowd and do what they were taught years ago.

They are not open to new information like this.
