Lowering estrogen protects your heart

It can withstand what the medical community calls “insults.”

These insults are chemicals from inflammation that harm the cells of the heart.

Testosterone protects the heart against all of these “insults.”

Here’s a very interesting part.

This mechanism comes through the alpha-1 stimulation.

And guess what?

Many common drugs that are given to men suppress or block the alpha-1 adrenergic receptor.

The alpha-1 adrenergic receptors send messages to smooth muscle, such as to the heart.

But these are drugs such as alpha blockers that are given to men for prostate issues.

These drugs include Flomax, Minipress, and Cardura.

And we can expect them to harm the heart.

Here’s something else that causes a higher level of heart attacks.

This major study showed that exposing heart tissue to estrogen drastically reduced the contractions of the heart muscle.

The effects were worst with the most powerful form of estrogen, estradiol.

Men who have heart problems almost always have high estrogen levels.

And they have low testosterone levels.

So you can see how lowering estrogen protects your heart.

But remember, testosterone can be turned into estrogen in the body.

So sometimes men have high testosterone but also have high estrogen.

In this case, that testosterone protects the man against heart attacks caused by the excess estrogen.

But it is always valuable to lower estrogen levels.

There are chemicals and supplements that are great tools for lowering estrogen levels.

They block the conversion of testosterone into estrogen.

This is why vitamin E and aspirin are amongst the most important tools in preventing heart attacks.

Both vitamin E and aspirin act against the process of converting testosterone to estrogen.

They are both extremely powerful aids against heart attacks.

Many people take a baby aspirin for heart problems.

But it may be beneficial to take more than just a baby aspirin.

You might want to talk to your doctor about taking aspirin, vitamin E, and vitamin K2 to help prevent a heart attack.

When you take aspirin and vitamin E, it’s important always to remember to take enough vitamin K2.

Vitamin K2 helps to protect against bleeding and bruising.

This aspirin and vitamin E combination is one of many that can improve testosterone levels and lower estrogen levels.

It can also improve the health of the heart, the prostate, and the entire male body.

For men who still have higher estrogen levels and low testosterone, there are options.

Drugs called aromatase inhibitors are quite safe and are preferable to taking testosterone supplementation.

Anastrozole is the main aromatase inhibitor.

Anastrozole lowers the conversion of testosterone to estrogen — and that in itself is highly protective.
