The trouble may be too much ammonia building up in your body.

Ammonia is a poison that is made in the body whenever we metabolize proteins.

Most of the ammonia is detoxified in our liver.

But so many of us have what is called nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.

This means that our livers are not nearly as functional as the liver of a normal healthy person.

So our livers cannot detoxify the ammonia, and it builds up.

That build up can lead to performance issues and other health problems.

When the ammonia really builds up, the result can be Alzheimer’s disease.

In this study, researchers evaluated the brains of Alzheimer’s patients and people that were close to Alzheimer’s.

They found that ammonia accumulates in the brain.

As Alzheimer’s symptoms become more severe, the amount of ammonia measured in the brain increases.

Endogenously generated brain ammonia thus may have a role in the cascade of cell damaging events in presumed incipient Alzheimer’s.

So ammonia is clearly implicated in the worsening of Alzheimer’s symptoms.

Now let’s look more closely at the trouble with the liver.

The liver is not able to detoxify all the ammonia that builds up in our bodies.

A sick liver, including one that has nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, sends too much ammonia to the brain.

This is known as hepatic encephalopathy.

An encephalopathy is a disorder or disease of the brain.

And a hepatic encephalopathy is a disorder of the brain brought on by liver failure.

It sounds complicated, but don’t worry, I’ll make it simple.

Take a look at the study results.

Notice that the levels of ammonia are not super high, but they’re higher than normal.

It was once thought that you had to have ammonia levels that were far out of control to have these effects.

But now it is known that even slightly high ammonia levels can cause symptoms such as brain fog and erectile dysfunction.

And these symptoms can be caused by even a slightly impaired liver.

It’s incredibly important to reduce ammonia in the body.

Reducing ammonia will help protect you from Alzheimers, and it’s a great way how to enhance your sexual performance.

Here’s a new way of potentially fixing the high ammonia levels in the body.

The best solution is to fix your liver.

You need to remove the liver fat through diet and supplements so that your liver becomes normal.

The liver is capable of regenerating and rebuilding even from severe disease.

If the damage stops, the repair process begins.

The first step is to identify if you have the damage with a couple of simple tests.

Most men who have nonalcoholic fatty liver disease have higher levels of certain enzymes.

These enzymes are easily measured in a lab blood test of ALS and ALT.

You can also get an ultrasound of your liver, but it is safe to assume that you have a fatty liver in most cases.

And there is a very common and very tasty way to start to reverse that fatty damage.

It turns out that dairy products may be able to lower ammonia level safely.

It turns out that milk sugar, or lactose, is turned into a sugar called galactose in your body.

If you buy lactose-free milk, the galactose is already in the milk.

So this is true for any dairy products — even so-called “lactose-free” dairy products.

And it’s the galactose that you want.

Galactose can suck the ammonia out of your brain cells and restore brain function.

It may also behave similarly in the liver and throughout the body.

This can help to reduce the Alzheimer’s effects, improve male sexual performance, and otehr benefits.

Remember, milk sugar turns into galactose in the body.

So consuming milk or products with lactose in them will give you enough galactose to help reduce ammonia damage.

It has the potential to help fix the brain fog and erectile dysfunction that may be resulting from high ammonia levels.

As the researchers note,

this finding might stimulate the use of galactose as a new means of removal of this neurotoxic compound from the brain in patients suffering from hepatic encephalopathy or Alzheimer’s disease.

It may be VERY helpful to consume milk in order to lower ammonia levels in the body and fix brain fog and erectile dysfunction.

But dairy isn’t the only way you can work to lower your ammonia levels.

There are natural supplements for men and women that will lower the ammonia in the body.

Another supplement that lowers ammonia levels is vitamin B1, thiamine.

Taking perhaps 500 mg two or three times a day has been shown to be helpful.

Still another supplement that lowers ammonia levels is Ceylon cinnamon.

Remember it must be Ceylon cinnamon as other cinnamons contain toxic chemicals in them.

Taking one-quarter teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon everyday or every other day will often lower ammonia levels.
