Raise your metabolism to what it was 20 years ago?

It’s difficult to find a greater travesty than how low thyroid is treated in the Western world.

I’m starting to believe that almost everybody over a certain age has low thyroid.

But it’s difficult to find direct evidence for this, because nowadays thyroid standard of care is so poor, that studies are not even done.

The reality is that you are probably low in thyroid.

If you take your temperature in the morning, just after waking up, it should be between 97.8 and 98.2.

And your heart rate should be in the range of 70 to 85.

Many of us find that we take our temperatures and were 97°. This is reflective of a very low metabolism.

The thyroid is the master switch for metabolism rate

If we have enough thyroid hormone, we will have a high enough metabolism.

A higher metabolism means that our blood pressure can normalize, inflammation can get better, and even the risk of heart attacks drops precipitously.

If you do not have enough thyroid, then adrenaline and cortisol takeover to power your metabolism

This means that you’re continuously running on elevated cortisol and adrenaline levels.

This means that you’re prone to get sick, that your chances of getting cancer skyrocket, that your immune system is compromised, that your thinking processes are compromised and that you are getting sicker and sicker.

Living on adrenaline and cortisol to power your metabolism works in the short-term but in the long-term results in heart attack, stroke, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, and a host of other afflictions.

The real answer to slowing aging down is to keep your metabolism high, by keeping thyroid levels high.

And that means supplementing with thyroid, despite the nonsense today about lab tests and thyroid levels are supposedly normal.

But where are the studies for this?

Here’s a study that shows what happens when you give thyroid hormone to people who are supposedly at normal levels of thyroid

One of the effects of low thyroid is excessive levels of blood albumin in the tissues.

Blood contains blood cells and albumin among other things. And when the fluid in the blood leaks out of the small blood vessels, the capillaries, that is a very bad sign. It is a sign of all inflammation.

And when the fluid in the blood leaks out of the small blood vessels, the capillaries, that is a very bad sign. It is a sign of all inflammation.

It is a sign of all inflammation.

In this study, they took women that had a supposedly quote “normal” thyroid, but who exhibited evidence of fluid escaping their capillaries.

Called edema, if you want the technical term.

Normally, doctors would not give thyroid to these women, because their TSH lab tests and their T4 and T3 tests showed within the range of normal.

I believe that ample evidence exists that these lab tests are not only inaccurate but also highly misleading.

And this is one of the few studies that shows this.

These women were given T4 thyroid hormone even though their hormone level in their lab results seemed normal.

And guess what? The edema resolved itself

There are so many issues in our health that can be resolved with enough thyroid.

So much of what we do in our life as we age lowers our thyroid. You can consider it normal, but I don’t consider it desirable.

I want to have the metabolism I had as a young man. And that means I want my metabolism to be high. I want my blood to be moving fast.

I want my bowels to move fast.

I want high testosterone, high energy levels, and a powerful thinking brain.

That means I want not superhigh thyroid, but the type of thyroid levels that I had years ago.

Eliminating foods that lower your thyroid, increasing your salt intake, doing breathing exercises.

These all can raise your thyroid.

And ultimately you may decide you want to raise your thyroid by taking thyroid supplements.

Good luck finding a doctor to work with.
