Sleep great using this method

[cmamad id=”3507″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]If you are tired all the time, chances are you’re not sleeping well.

In this newsletter, I’ll tell you how to sleep great using this method, and it’s not what you think.

Until now, there were not many options.

Taking a sleeping pill or just laying awake were all you really had.

These are not great ways to improve your sleeping habits.

Sleeping pills are generally barbiturates or drugs that work like barbiturates such as Ambien.

They are called benzodiazepines.

Klonopin, Xanax, Ativan, etc., these are all commonly used benzodiazepines.

You may have some very nasty short-term and long-term effects of taking benzodiazepines.

They make you feel hungover.

And the sleep quality they produce is not real sleep.

Benzodiazepines are clearly NOT how to get good quality sleep.

It’s more a kind of trance state.

Some people fall into natural sleep after they get into this trance state, but even so, the sleep is very poor quality.

These drugs can also become addictive.

If they are taken for any length of time, it can become impossible to fall asleep without them.

They have other effects as well.

There are different types or depths of sleep, and each has its purpose to our health.

Most of us have heard of the REM sleep or dreaming sleep.

Slow wave sleep is the deep sleep past REM where our bodies do most of their restoration work.

Without slow wave sleep, we do feel restored in the morning.

Drugs such as Ambien, do not increase slow-wave sleep at all.

In fact, these sleeping pills dramatically reduce both slow-wave sleep and REM sleep.

Sleep great using this methodBenzodiazepines, even in low doses,

lead to a complete loss of hypnotic activity and substantial suppression of delta and REM sleep.

This means that you lose the ability to fall asleep, and you lose most of the good sleep that you would normally get.

Delta sleep is essentially the same as slow-wave sleep, and it is the most restful type of sleep.

While REM sleep is the dreaming sleep that is very important for your brain.

So in this study, they took men who had been taking sleeping pills, and they abruptly stopped the medication.

Here’s the surprising part…

The men and women in the study reported that their sleep quality was worse after quitting the medication.

And they were sleeping just as much.

However, monitoring their sleep with electronic equipment revealed that they were sleeping longer.

And the readings showed that the patients had regained the slow-wave and REM sleep that they had missed.

The takeaway is this…

If you stop taking sleeping pills, you’ll sleep better, and you’ll sleep longer.

You’ll think that you’re sleeping less and that your sleeping is worse.

But it really isn’t worse… it’s BETTER.

If you can get past that, you’re going to be improving your sleep quality dramatically.

But what if you’re tired all the time, and you simply need something?

Is there an alternative besides the benzodiazepines?

It turns out that there are alternatives.

We’re about to show you one of the best things to help you sleep.

Sleep great using this methodRitanserin is a very safe drug that has been discovered to lower serotonin in the brain.

When they give low doses of Ritanserin to people, patients report they sleep a lot better.

And electronic monitoring reveals they are more rested, have deeper slow-wave sleep, and better REM sleep.

The only side effects seem to be less depression, less anxiety, and a happier feeling.

It’s unusual for side effects to be positive, but these are absolutely pleasant!

Sleep great using this methodIn a number of studies, researchers found that small amounts of Ritanserin improve sleep quality.

People feel more rested.

It may be one of the best sleep restoratives.

You can actually buy this over-the-counter in many places, although it is only available by prescription in other places.

It may also lower your prolactin levels in higher doses, and raise your sex drive.

So more positive side effects.

It works this way for women as well as men.

And that may be welcome.

It’s not just how to sleep better, it’s how to have better sleep.

Otherwise, it seems to have very few side effects or competitions.

Never take anything without consulting with your doctor first, of course.
