And the gruesome reason why I stay away from e-cigarettes…

Japanese sex practice…

Sex in Japan is so screwed up. They use sex dolls and many young people never ever date. Ever.

But what people do not know is that certain older men in Japan are living in sexual paradise.

Here’s this Japanese sex practice that these older men use to have sex more than any other men in the world

As a health researcher, here’s why I smoke the occasional cigar

Occasionally, I enjoy a cigar.

That surprises a lot of people because I’m so into health and wellness.

But I’ve never found a shred of evidence that an occasional cigar is all that bad for you, and it may even be good for you.

Besides, I really like them!

But what is bad for you – and there is more and more evidence all the time – that’s e-cigarettes.

Now, they are NOT marketed as bad for you. Of course, they aren’t.

But it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the companies that manufacture them aren’t exactly forthcoming about the dangers.

They simply have too much money on the line.

Frankly, you should ALWAYS avoid e-cigarettes as if your life depends on it (because it very well might).

And pay special attention to this if you have kids – they are getting into these things in a big way.

E-cigarettes cause lung inflammation.

You’ll know this if you read my stuff on a regular basis: Out-of-control inflammation is one of the leading causes of chronic disease.

Inflammation is an important immune response, and it can help your body to heal from injury and hurt.

But when inflammation becomes chronic it can cause all kinds of diseases – such as asthma, bronchitis, and lung cancer.

And e-cigarettes CAUSE chronic inflammation in your lungs – especially if they are flavored.

Note: I wouldn’t bet on the unflavored varieties being particularly safe either.

[cmamad id=”20397″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

The hype about e-cigarettes is that they are a “safe” alternative to regular cigarettes.

In reality, we don’t know much about how e-cigarettes affect the body…

But what we do know is scary as heck.

Many e-cigarettes come in flavors like cotton candy, mango smoothie, or crème brûlée.

These flavors are not made from actual “natural” ingredients.

They are made from chemicals.

And these chemicals do weird things when they’re combined with e-cigarette liquids.

“New research from Duke and Yale universities shows flavorings are transforming more than marketing. The chemical additives react to e-liquid, or e-juice, creating new compounds that could trigger irritation and inflammation when inhaled.”

The compounds that the flavor chemicals make when they react to e-liquid are acetals.

The problem with acetals is that they persist in the body and create irritants in the air pathways in your lungs.

Then these irritants blow up into an inflammatory response that can cause cascading health problems.

“…they create complex chemicals that are not disclosed to the user… When inhaled, these compounds will persist in the body for some time, activating irritant pathways. Over time, this mild irritation could cause an inflammatory response.”

This inflammatory response can lead to anything from colds and bronchitis to severe asthma and cancer.

In my opinion, it’s just not worth the risk.

And to make matters worse, there’s a myth out there that vaping at low temperatures will protect you from the dangers.

But it’s just not true.

Low-temperature vapes won’t protect you.

Lots of vaping advocates will tell you that using a low-temperature vape will protect you from the dangers of vaping.

But new research has shown that these aerosolized ingredients can be dangerous at any temperature.

“The new study, a collaboration between Duke and the Yale Tobacco Center of Regulatory Science, shows chemical changes occur even before the liquids are heated, so users may face some risks when inhaling the aerosolized ingredients at any temperature.”

The bottom line is that we don’t really know much about vapes and the effect they have on the human body.

What we do know is that when people vape, they’re pushing tiny particles into their lungs…

And those particles are likely to have an irritant effect on their lungs.

In addition, that irritation is not likely to stop at the lungs…

Often inflammation will cascade from the original source and to the rest of your body – causing “unrelated” health problems such as ED, obesity, and diabetes.

Personally, I stay well away from vapes and enjoy an occasional cigar instead.

(Of course, don’t suggest that alternative to any kids…)

Vapes are marketed as a “safe” alternative to traditional tobacco, but I’m calling BS.

They aren’t safe. Nobody should use them because they are filled with chemical compounds that get into the deepest parts of your lungs.

Don’t believe the hype.

The inflammatory chemical that is killing men’s erections

This inflammatory killer builds up in the bloodstream…

Even one teaspoon of this inflammatory killer can kill erections and make men fat around the middle – as much as 10 pounds more fat with just a teaspoon of the inflammatory killer.

And that teaspoon of this inflammatory killer wreaks havoc all over your body.

It destroys testosterone-producing Leydig cells…

And it causes plaque build-up in the blood vessels and even in the blood chambers of the penis…

I developed this simple program to eliminate this inflammatory killer…

And look what  happened with one of my students, Jerry:

Click here to discover how to eliminate this inflammatory killer, and get those engorged diamond-cutter erections again.

Q: Are e cigarettes harmful to your lungs? If you go by the emerging trends, the sales of Ecigarettes are really booming. Ecommerce platforms are sprouting everywhere, making tidy sums by harping on the advantages of using ecigarettes compared to the traditional ones.Even your neighborhood bloke is puffing one ! That is how new age marketing works. But are you aware of its dark side? There is little data or information on its safety. By information I mean medically tested and researched information, not the truckloads of marketing content that you see on the digital sphere these days.Since ecigarettes do not contain tobacco and does not involve combustion it is free from the harmful ingredients of its much known cousin, the humble cigarette. Compared to cigarette smoke, ecigarettes are free from harmful ingredients like tar, ash and carbon monoxide. But aerosol from the liquid ingredients, that is often found in ecigarettes can be a dangerous commodity. So are ecigarettes harmful to your lungs? It can be if you are prone to ecigarette use in the long term.E-cigarettes may reduce lung function and can in extreme cases may reduce cardiac muscle function. Since e-cigarettes contain liquid nicotine, there might also be possible cases of nicotine poisoning. But chemicals like Carbonyl compounds that forms, when the e-liquid is heated is dangerous. Prolonged use can affect the lungs, especially due to exposure to Formaldehyde which s formed as a byproduct of the heating of the liquid nicotine.Do you know that the type of vapors that is formed in e-cigarettes depends on the contents of the e-liquid and the physical design of the device ?According to medical studies e-cigarette vapor have been found to contain nicotine, glycerin, heavy metals, metal nanoparticles  and carcinogens that are harmful for the lungs. But it is true that the levels of toxins in ecigarettes are far lower than that found in traditional cigarette smoke. A wider variety of chemicals and chemical flavor additives are present in e-cigarettes which is yet to be established as safe.Marketing and advertising has played an advantageous role for companies pushing vaping and ecigarette products,it has changes public perception. A 2016 study showed that as many as 60% of adolescents thought that e-cigarettes is a safer option than traditional cigarettes  and a less risky one. As many as 52% believed that ecigarettes are safer than cigarettes. Surprisingly, fruit flavored ecigarettes were considered more safer than tobacco flavored ones. So does taste also change perception and its intended safety ? Flavoring agents such as Diacetyl that is often found in e-cigarettes is a chemical that is linked to lung disease. Organic compounds such as benzene is also found in ecigarette smoke and heavy metals such as nickel, tin and lead. But would you still opt for it, if it is commonly know that you are still inhaling nicotine as the basic ingredient ?“E-cigarettes maybe safer that traditional ones but less harmful does not mean it is safe”, says a Director of the American Lung Association. Some medical researchers have warned that e-cigarette vapor can cause cell damage and cause inflammation to cells that protect lung tissue. This can make the lungs vulnerable to dust, foreign bacteria and allergens which can cause incurable pulmonary diseases. On top of that the exposure to e-vapor boosted the production of oxygen free radicals as much a 50 times, thus increasing the damage to the body’s organs. The effects of long term vaping or e cigarette use are still unknown as major research is still underway.
