Reverse diabetes? YES, with this $0.30 remedy

Dr. Steven Shoelson was the first to connect inflammation to type 2 diabetes in a landmark study at Harvard University in 2006…

…but I’m the first health researcher to use this discovery to come up with a real, powerful, effective way of reversing diabetes forever…

And it only costs 30 cents.

Glycine – is there nothing that it won’t cure?

We’re talking about a study today that has to do with diabetes, but it ALSO connects with joint pain and lengthening lifespan.

And if you dig a little deeper into this study, it shows another amazing benefit for just about everybody who has any kind of chronic health condition.

So first, let’s look what the data tells us about type 2 diabetes and how to bring your blood sugar levels under control – with a pretty amazing natural method.

Glycine benefits diabetes patients.

Glycine is a compound that is naturally found in collagen (the stuff that makes Jello set).

In most traditional cultures, humans don’t just eat the meat of animals… They eat the connective tissues in dishes such as pho, haggis, and sausage.

Connective tissue is where collagen comes from…

Since collagen is a rich source of glycine, it makes sense it would have some health benefits.

“The aim of this study was to determine whether glycine modifies the proinflammatory profiles of patients with type 2 diabetes.”

In this study, the scientist is specifically looking at the A1C results.

A1C results are a measure of blood sugar. They can tell you if you are prone diabetes or have diabetes.

“…the A1C test reflects the average of a person’s blood glucose levels over the past 3 months. The A1C test result is reported as a percentage. The higher the percentage, the higher a person’s blood glucose levels have been. A normal A1C level is below 5.7 percent.”

A normal A1C level is below 5.7%, and the test subjects in the study had mean A1C levels of 8%.

“Seventy-four patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the study. The mean age was 58.5 yrs, the average age of diagnosis was 5 yrs, the mean body mass index was 28.5 kg/m2, the mean fasting glucose level was 175.5 mg/dl, and the mean A1C level was 8%.”

When patients took the glycine, they showed a significant improvement in their A1C levels – that means their blood sugars came more into balance – and their diabetes improved.

This is fantastic news.

Even more interesting is the decrease in pro-inflammatory cytokines – that has a huge impact on all kinds of diseases.

“These data showed that patients treated with glycine had a significant decrease in A1C and in pro-inflammatory cytokines – and also an important increase of interferon-gamma.”

Internal inflammation causes many chronic conditions.

This reduction in pro-inflammatory cytokines is so interesting is because chronic internal inflammation causes all kinds of diseases in humans…

Including cancer, Alzheimer’s, and erectile dysfunction…

And that’s just a small list.

Nearly every chronic, long-term health condition can be linked to chronic inflammation.

Inflammation is your body’s response that gets rid of the bad guys. And that is a good thing.

But when inflammation becomes chronic, it causes negative cascading health effects in your body.

So being able to reduce internal inflammation through a simple substance like glycine is quite exciting.

“Treatment with glycine is likely to have a beneficial effect on innate and adaptive immune responses and may help prevent tissue damage caused by chronic inflammation in patients with type 2 diabetes.”

Because glycine is safe and it’s effective at reducing internal inflammation, it might be a good idea for people with any chronic health condition to try.

If you have diabetes, then getting your blood sugar under control is probably one of your top priorities.

Glycine can really help with that…

And it seems to help reduce internal inflammation and the damage caused by internal inflammation as well.
