The oldest way to raise T still works the best

“It’s just like riding a bike.”

“Use it or lose it.”

These are two popular sayings with nearly opposite meanings.

And yet… When it comes to sex, both are true.

Let me explain.

When men stop having sex, the amount of testosterone their bodies produce goes down (use it or lose it)…

But when they start having sex again, they start producing MORE testosterone (just like riding a bike).

Now… I know if you haven’t had sex in a while, especially if the cause is ED, you might feel that it’s IMPOSSIBLE to have sex ever again.

But I guarantee you can have sex again… even when you aren’t hard… and even if you can’t get hard.

I’ll get into that in a bit.

First, let’s look at this study and how sexual activity influences testosterone levels.

When guys stop having sex, their testosterone levels DROP.

This is one of those nasty downward spirals that sometimes happen in your body.

When you stop having sex (no matter what the reason) your testosterone levels start to drop.

That reduces your desire for sex…

Which means less sex and even lower testosterone levels.

[cmamad id=”19619″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

“Compared to controls, patients with impotence resulting from both organic and non‐organic causes showed reduced serum levels of both total testosterone and free testosterone…”

It’s a nasty cycle. But it’s one of the easier downward spirals to fix.

Resuming sexual activity raises testosterone.

The men in this study received had non-hormonal therapies for impotence.

And when they resumed sexual activity successfully, they experienced a DRAMATIC increase in testosterone.

“Irrespective of the different etiologies and of the various impotence therapies, a dramatic increase in serum total and free testosterone levels was observed in patients who achieved normal sexual activity 3 months after commencing therapy.”

This is GREAT news.

Because, although testosterone doesn’t particularly influence whether or not guys have good erections, it DOES influence sex drive, energy levels, and general feelings of wellness.

AND the testosterone that your body produces naturally is safe…

While the testosterone that you get from Big Pharma can cause heart failure.

So this is the big question…

If you aren’t having sex because of ED or some other sexual dysfunction issue, how do you start again?

The secret to having sex is to have sex (even if you have ED)…

Now, when I first tell this to men who have erection difficulties (and I used to have it BAD, so I know what it’s like) they often gape at me in disbelief.

And here is another myth:

Men have been completely conditioned to think that sex can ONLY happen when we have an erection.

But this couldn’t be further from the truth.

You can have sex whether your penis is cooperating or not.

Yep, even if it’s soft.

Even if you’ve had surgery and will never get an erection again.

Even if you only get erections once in a while.

You CAN have satisfying sex. I promise.

And that sex will help to raise your testosterone…

It will often restore your erections too.

Going into a lot of detail about how to do that would make this article too long.

But we teach it to guys on a regular basis and they have a ton of success with it.

And here is another way to start the process of getting your hormones working properly again (even if you have ED)…

Start by ramping up your physical contact with women.

This physical contact makes your body produce oxytocin, which is another thing that can help you get your erections back.

For guys in relationships, I recommend that you start with sitting RIGHT NEXT to your woman while watching TV – and holding her hand.

A lot of guys are afraid of physical contact if they can’t get an erection – but this physical contact can often restore sexual function.

For single guys, I really recommend ballroom or salsa dance class.

It’s a great socially acceptable way to hold women in your arms with no worries about having to perform sexually.

Some guys think this seems dorky, but it really does work.

If you haven’t had sex for a while and you’re feeling kind of blah, that may be a real biological effect of having lower testosterone.

The good news is that it’s totally fixable. Having sex completely reverses it!
