Discover what the longest-living people on earth do to live longer and how you can do it immediately yourself…

These people routinely live to 100, often much older…

I’ve been Myanmar and sat at the table with men who live right on the water on stilts…

Men who live 13,000 feet up in the Bolivian alta plana…

Men who live in the dusty dry climate of Sicily…

And of all these men, I’ve never met men as long-lived and as potent as the men who have been drinking this green brew…

A brew that is not available at all here in the US and most of the Western world.

Besides the green brew, these older men were smoking unfiltered cigarettes and drinking hard liquor.

So after they were feeling buzzed I asked one of them, “How old are you?”

I was thinking he’s 45 or 50, but he answers, “I’m 87,” and I almost fell off my chair.

I said, “I have to see your driver’s license.” So he shows it to me.

It’s true. This man was 87.

“What’s your secret?” I asked. The other men laughed.

“We drink this every morning,” they said as they pointed to the green brew I’ve seen maybe once in my life…

Now, don’t bother looking for this green brew at home. I tried to find it – at the market, on Amazon, everywhere. I couldn’t find it.

But over time, I researched what was in that green brew… And I think I’ve found a supplement you can buy that contains the active ingredient. And you can get this anywhere.

I put everything I learned about these men and exactly what they drink here – take this 23-second pop quiz and then the secret is revealed…

Study: Peruvian remedy for libido and desire

Maca is a traditional Peruvian remedy made from the dried, powdered tubers of Peruvian ginseng. (Lepidium meyenii)

Herbalists classify this plant as an adaptogen – it helps the body deal with any type of stress.

In the high Andes, where the plant is native, maca is used mostly for altitude sickness.

But what maca is most known for is its alleged beneficial effects on libido and mood.

The research on maca and libido is controversial, though.

Some studies show benefits, while others show no effect at all.

The reason for these conflicting results was discovered by researchers at Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Peru.

Red maca provides a clear libido boost, while the black variety of maca is much less effective in this regard.

These scientists conducted a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial at the Universidad Peruana Cayetano, Lima, Peru. They published the results in the Journal of Pharmaceuticals.

The study looked at the effect that the two types of maca have on people – at low and high altitude.

The researchers gave the participants either a placebo or one of the maca supplements for three months.

[cmamad id=”19095″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

“A total of 175 participants were given 3 g of either placebo, black, or red maca extract daily for 12 weeks.”

They looked at the effect on sex drive, mood, blood pressure, and blood sugar.

“Primary outcomes were changes in sexual desire, mood, energy, glycemia, blood pressure, and hemoglobin levels.”

Both maca extracts were associated with some improvements.

“Consumption of spray-dried extracts of red and black maca resulted in improvement in mood, energy, and health status.”

Red maca clearly out-performed black maca in relation to mood and energy.

“Effects on mood and energy were better with red maca.”

About 80% of people reported better mood with red maca.

Only 55% of people reported better mood with black maca.

Both maca varieties increased sexual desire – at high and low altitude.

But black maca didn’t do much better than the placebo – which suggests that the black maca effect was actually placebo effect.

Red maca significantly increased sexual desire over that of black maca and placebo.

“Around 50% of subjects at both altitudes reported an increase in sexual desire at week 12 of treatment with red maca extract.”

Black maca increased sexual desire by about 30%.

Red maca increased sexual desire by an average of 50%.

The reasons for these results may be explained by the chemical analysis of the two plants.

Examination of the maca extracts showed that they had different proportions of the chemical compounds within them.

“Fats and macamides were higher in extracts of black maca than in red maca. GABA was higher in extracts of red maca.”

There were no adverse side effects reported in the study.

The greatest benefit from maca supplementation was seen 8 weeks in, but it was still effective 12 weeks into the study.

“Extract of red and black maca for 12 weeks resulted in an improvement of mood, energy, and health status.”

For libido and mood, red maca is much more effective than black maca.

“Effects on mood, energy, and libido were better with the spray-dried extract of red maca.”

Black maca out-performed red maca in only one test.

But black maca is better for reducing blood sugar.

That’s the only test where it out-performed red maca.

Black maca reduced blood glucose levels. Red maca did not.”

Previous studies showed that these two types of maca have different effects in other ways too.

Only red maca is helpful for benign prostate hyperplasia.

Red maca reverses testosterone-induced prostatic benign hyperplasia.”

While black maca increases sperm count.

Black maca increases sperm count in experimental animal models.”

Maca can be a very useful supplement if you choose the right type for your needs.

You should consult a healthcare professional about diagnosing and treating any health problems.

Here’s the jungle juice recipe (girls will be wide-eyed with desire)

In the clearing, I pinned down this bare-breasted beauty for her secrets… Through a translator, she told me she and her husband have sex 10 times.

“Per week?” “No,” the translator assured me, “per night.”

Then the beauty showed me the jungle juice that she gave her husband every night.

These Colombian tribal folks are some of the hardest men to find and talk to.

They are war-like and they avoid the Western man.

But I succeeded through my connections and secured the recipe of the famous jungle juice…

…from a very strange Colombian man who also happened to be a smuggler.

I reveal the jungle juice recipe here.

In my travels, I have never experienced anything else like this. You will find it fascinating.
