The insult that made a man out of “Mac”

Mac was sitting on the edge of the bed with his hands on his head, wondering…

“Is she going to find love somewhere else?”

“Every time we start getting frisky, my heart is thumping, I have palpitations, I sweat… And NOTHING is happening down there.”

One time, Mac’s girlfriend even asked, “Is it always going to be like this? Because I can’t be with a man who can’t perform…”

So Mac started doing a simple activity that only takes a few seconds, right before getting down to sex…

And that simple activity guarantees that he’s coming in with an erection ready for action.

With this simple activity, Mac became a true man again.

Here’s the simple activity that Mac uses to conquer his performance anxiety… He gets an erection any time he wants and lasts for as long as he wants…

The simple activity that conquers performance anxiety and gives you the confidence to have sex again 🙂

The shocking thing most men don’t know about mints…

Mints are used as a flavoring in many products such as toothpaste and gum.

Mint teas and oils are also used as medicines for settling the stomach or fighting bacterial infection.

But most people don’t know this:

Mints can have catastrophic effects on testosterone levels.

This study looked at the effect of peppermint and spearmint on animals testosterone levels.

These researchers did their study at the Department of Biochemistry, Suleyman Demirel University Medical School, Turkey and published it in the Journal of Urology.

The scientists designed this study because many men in Turkey reported adverse effects on their reproductive health after taking spearmint or peppermint.

“We performed this study because of major complaints in our area from men about the adverse effects of mints on male reproductive function.”

They looked at the effect of mints on testosterone and other markers of reproductive function.

[cmamad id=”19004″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

“The objective is to understand the effect of mint teas on testosterone, luteinizing hormone, and follicle-stimulating hormone levels – and testicular histologic features.”

The sorted 48 adult male rats into four groups of 12 and they gave water to one group of rats.

They gave the other rats either peppermint tea, spearmint tea, or extra-strong spearmint tea – instead of water.

“The control group was given commercial drinking water, and the experimental groups were given 20 g/L Peppermint tea, 20 g/L spearmint tea, or 40 g/L spearmint tea.”

All the animals given mint teas had lower testosterone after the test.

“Testosterone levels had decreased in the experimental groups compared with the control group – the differences were statistically significant.”

Peppermint tea dropped average testosterone by 20%.

The lower dose of spearmint tea cut testosterone levels by half.

The highest dose of spearmint tea cut testosterone levels by 75%.

The study lasted for one month.

Mint tea also caused alterations to follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone.

Both of these hormones are involved in sperm production.

And drinking mint tea increased both follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone.

The body is trying to compensate for the effect of mint by raising these hormones.

But the falling testosterone levels show that the body cannot really compensate for the effect of mint.

“The follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels had increased in the experimental groups compared with the control group.”

So the evidence supported the anecdotal reports from Turkish men that led to the study in the first place.

“We should also be aware of the toxic effects when the herbs are not used in the recommended fashion or at the recommended dose.”

There have been no similar studies on human men yet.

But studies on women show similar effects to the studies in male rats.

The scientists who did this study worked out of the Department of Clinical Biochemistry, School of Medicine, Suleyman Demirel University, Turkey and published in Journal of Phytotherapy Research.

They based their research on similar reports:

“Local clinicians thought that consumption of tea steeped with peppermint or spearmint caused a diminished libido.”

The scientists decided to test the effects of mint tea on women with hirsutism – excessive body hair – which is sometimes caused by androgens such as testosterone.

“It was decided to observe the effect of this herbal tea on the androgen levels in hirsute women.”

21 women took mint tea twice a day for five days.

The study found the same effects in women as in male rats…

Effects that confirmed the reports from Turkish men.

Peppermint and spearmint tea lowered testosterone, and increased follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone.

“After treatment with spearmint teas, there was a significant decrease in free testosterone and increase in luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, and estradiol.”

The increase in estradiol (estrogen) is also bad news – this could cause inflammation, beer belly, and man-boobs.

This study found that spearmint is strong enough to therapeutically lower testosterone.

“Spearmint can be an alternative to antiandrogenic treatment for mild hirsutism.”

These studies should make men think twice about using mint products and remedies.

You should always consult a healthcare professional about treating and diagnosing health conditions.
