Here’s how this unlikely and delicious food can improve your sexual function…

“I had never lacked confidence about sex before this…”

One of my students had a life-changing epiphany.

Back then, he’d watch porn for hours… he’d masturbate to fantasies…

He really wanted a girlfriend… But his confidence was shaky because he felt he couldn’t perform sexually.

That’s when he began making a few simple lifestyle changes that felt more comfortable to his nature…so that he could concentrate on HIS pleasure and HIS sensation…

The result? These few simple lifestyle changes boosted his confidence… And weeks later, he got himself a girlfriend.

Now he’s enjoying all the sex that he wants, and it’s better sex than he could ever imagine.

Here are the simple lifestyle changes he made that helped him become an INCREDIBLE performer in bed….

Extra cheese = extra testosterone?

High testosterone levels are essential for body composition (muscle/fat), metabolic health, sleep quality, sexual performance, and fertility (to name just a few things).

And right now, testosterone levels among men are at all-time lows.

So safely increasing testosterone should be a serious concern for most men.

There are many testosterone-boosting products on the market.

But many are unsafe and most are unproven.

Most guys don’t know that calcium can increase testosterone (when combined with exercise).

This human experiment was conducted at the Karaman School of Physical Education in Turkey and the results were published in the Journal of Biological Trace Element Research.

This experiment took 30 healthy men and divided them into three groups of 10.

  • The researchers gave Group 1 a calcium supplement.
  • They gave Group 2 the same calcium supplement and put them on a training regimen.
  • Group 3 performed the training regimen without a calcium supplement.

“The effects of four weeks of calcium supplementation on testosterone levels were established in active and sedentary men.”

The training routine was 90 minutes long and the men repeated this five days a week.

“Subjects undergoing training routines worked out for 90 min/day, five days a week.”

The researchers tested total testosterone and free testosterone before and after the month-long study.

They also tested testosterone levels at rest and after training.

Training can cause short-term fluctuations in testosterone levels and these fluctuations can interfere with getting a good measure of general testosterone.

“The testosterone levels were determined before and after supplementation, at rest, and following a hard training routine.”

Training without calcium supplementation increased testosterone levels.

“The plasma-free and total testosterone levels increased at exhaustion before and after supplementation relative to resting values.”

Training with calcium supplementation caused a greater increase in testosterone levels.

“Our results show that training increases testosterone levels – but the increase is greater if accompanied by calcium supplementation.”

The authors from the sports science school concluded that calcium supplementation may increase athletic performance.

“Calcium supplementation may be useful for increasing overall athletic performance.”

But it may increase more than athletic performance…

This study used a calcium gluconate supplement.

They gave the participants a 35 mg per kg dose.

This works out to about 300 mg of calcium for the average man.

That’s about the amount of calcium as you’d get in 10 oz of milk or 1.5 oz of hard cheese.

Calcium has been much maligned in recent decades because it can be found at the site of some diseases.

But the accusations regarding calcium are unfounded.

Calcification is the process whereby calcium is found in various parts of the body during certain diseases.

For example, calcium can build up in the arteries around the heart…

And this is a strong predictor of heart disease.

But increasing dietary calcium alone does not lead to increased calcification.

Calcification is controlled by hormones, mainly the parathyroid hormone.

The parathyroid hormone shuttles calcium between the bones and the blood.

It is dysregulation of the parathyroid hormone that causes calcification – not high-calcium foods.

More dietary calcium actually increases parathyroid hormone.

Parathyroid hormone is also regulated by a vitamin D and vitamin K2.

Vitamin K2 is found in relatively high amounts in some cheeses.

Gouda, Edam, and Parmigiano-Reggiano contain significant amounts of both vitamin K2 and calcium.

The perfect balance.

For many people, increasing their dietary calcium could improve their hormonal balance.

Calcium should be consumed from dairy sources, preferably hard cheeses such as the ones mentioned above.

Supplementing high doses of calcium over the long-term could be a problem if you are deficient in vitamin K2 or vitamin D.

Perhaps eating a little cheese in the sun isn’t such a bad idea after all.

You should see a healthcare professional about cardiovascular and hormonal issues.

After years and years… THIS set his body FREE

One of my composite students had been taking blood pressure treatments for a very long time:

“Matt, every morning after my oatmeal and coffee, I take two pills.

“Since I’ve been taking these, I noticed something. Like the other night. My wife and I are snuggling.

“I feel her warm back and her breasts against me and stare into her eyes…

“…and nothing happens. Nothing. So she starts to stimulate me but nothing works. The little guy retreats into his corner. Very sad.

“And now she’s got this look in her eyes, and she says, ‘don’t worry, it’s fine. I don’t care.’ But I know she does.

“Matt, will I have to live this way for the rest of my life? If I could get off those blood pressure treatments, I think my erections would come back. Is there something I can do?”

And I gave him the plan that brings back a man’s normal blood pressure and great erections – naturally…

Here’s the natural blood pressure fix you can try today to get your blood pressure down again and get your erections back
