This accidental discovery melts fat away, revealing bulging muscles that are already there – without you breaking a sweat…

After I got divorced 5 years ago that’s when the testosterone decline started…

The high stress put me in a serious depression.

This also led to extreme weight loss… But I somehow retained a gut and my body didn’t feel right.

I went from outgoing to hiding from people… My anxiety was out of control.

So I Googled all my symptoms online. And most of them, of course, told me horrible things.

But one that really stuck out was low testosterone.

I was in terrible shape by this time. My body felt like mush, my nipples felt sensitive, and I had lost my muscle mass.

I found myself crying on occasion – which normally I would ever do at all!

My eyes were bloodshot and I had lost appetite and I couldn’t sleep.

Basically, I was in a complete nightmare.

But after I did this solo exercise for the first time, I felt a strange fog lift from my brain.

I could actually think clearly for the first time in a couple months!

I’m currently doing these solo exercises daily – and I’ve noticed a lot more energy while working out. And I’ve also noticed my mood getting better. I just feel happier.

I’m still in the healing process and I can’t wait to see what comes next.

I have a date tonight with a cute admin girl from work… And for the first time in a long time, I’m feeling confident.

Here are the solo exercises that revived my testosterone and my life.

40 seconds of this light on your abdomen = 400 sit-ups?

In the 1960s, scientists working on cancer in lab animals made a chance discovery.

While using a laser to attempt to cut out a tumor, scientists observed much faster wound healing and hair regrowth after the laser procedure.

It turns out that the laser was calibrated incorrectly and was emitting a much lower power than the scientists had intended.

This accidental discovery has led to thousands of studies on a range of diseases using low levels of red and near-infrared light (photobiomodulation).

A new study shows that these low levels of near-infrared light could be beneficial for obesity and blood sugar regulation.

These experiments were carried out at universities in the United States and Brazil and the results were published in the journal Lasers in Medical Science.

Previous studies had shown improvements in insulin resistance from exercise and photobiomodulation combined.

[cmamad id=”17640″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

This study set out to see if photobiomodulation alone could improve markers of deranged metabolism.

Photobiomodulation is the term currently used for medical treatments involving relatively low-powered red or near-infrared light.

In these experiments, mice were fed either a control diet or a high-fat diet for 12 weeks.

Between week 9 and week 12 of the experiment, mice in those groups were randomly given either photobiomodulation therapy or a mock procedure with no light.

The photobiomodulation protocol involved treatment at five points.

The animals had photobiomodulation therapy on each limb and then at the center of their abdomen for 40 seconds at each point – five days a week.

(Lab mice don’t do weekends.)

As expected, the animals that got the high-fat diet gained much more fat than the animals on a standard diet.

“High-fat diet group had heavier fat mass compared with low-fat diet group.”

The animals fed the high-fat diet that also received photobiomodulation treatment did not gain as much fat as the animals that did not receive treatment.

“High-fat diet + photobiomodulation animals had significantly less fat mass compared with high-fat diet animals who received the fake treatment.”

Animals that received low levels of near-infrared light gained less fat on a high-fat diet.

The high-fat diet + photobiomodulation animals had smaller fat cells.

“High-fat diet + photobiomodulation group had smaller adipocytes than high-fat diet without photobiomodulation.”

The high-fat diet also created problems with blood sugar.

“Eight weeks of high-fat diet led to hyperglycemia and glucose intolerance.”

The animals that received a high-fat diet and photobiomodulation had better blood sugar management than animals that did not receive photobiomodulation.

“Post hoc analysis showed improved glucose intolerance in high-fat diet + photobiomodulation animals.”

The authors used many different statistical analyses of biomarkers of obesity and blood sugar regulation to reach their conclusion:

Photobiomodulation can limit the metabolic damage caused by a high-fat diet.

“These data indicate that photobiomodulation concomitant with high-fat diet was able to attenuate many of the disturbances in glucose metabolism.”

In a previous study, scientists had looked at the effect of infrared light on areas of fat in mice.

They did not get positive results.

This study used a different wavelength and a higher-powered light source to achieve these results – they also applied the light to different areas of the animals.

(Dosage is important with light.)

Why does light have this effect?

Light therapy has a very potent effect on mitochondria within the cell.

Red and near-infrared light can effectively clean out the mitochondria, allowing the mitochondria to function more efficiently.

Mitochondria control energy regulation.

There is little doubt that photobiomodulation will become a massive area of interest in medical science.

However, the appropriate doses for many human diseases have yet to be worked out.

The doses of light used in studies like this are much lower than people would assume – and too much light can create problems.

You should see a healthcare professional about obesity or insulin resistance.

This just in: Australian man overcomes bedroom anxiety and gets his erections back…

Recently in my work with over 121,262 men, I helped Ryan.

Ryan had a few bad experiences with not getting erections, and he became very anxious about the idea of sex with a girl.

“…my knees were trembling, I felt my arms get heavier as I was taking my pants off in front of her…I had sweat dripping down my armpits even though it was warm in the room.”

“Even I could smell my own fear.”

“I really prayed that the lights would go off… anything but let her see my floppy noodle down there. What would she think? What was she going to tell her friends?”

It wasn’t Ryan’s fault.

Ryan discovered that, in a man’s brain, the hippocampus triggers anxiety in an effort to protect the organism against pain and failure.

This is VERY common in guys who have had some sexual performance problems.

And it is a crying shame. Because it’s easy to get rid of this anxiety completely, totally, and forever.

…this video (first two minutes) tells men how to get RID of performance anxiety so men are free as a bird and have wonderful feelings and memories about sex again…

This is how any man can be fearless and take any girl, any time, by totally and forever getting RID of anxiety around their erections and sexual performance
