Here’s how men are using Vitamin E to increase their testosterone and get rid of that belly fat…

Adaptogen hack that lets you recover those lusty teenage years…

As a teenager, I could often get an erection 5, 10, or even 15 times in one day!

So why can’t I that today? It hurts even thinking about it!

Well, yes, back in those days my testosterone was higher. But that wasn’t the only thing.

But the other thing is that my cells were young, energetic, and glowing with youthful energy.

As a teenage boy, I didn’t need to take anything.

I was already raring to go.

Even the vibration of the school bus was enough to give me a massive hard-on.

So how can I get that back, today?

I discovered that youthful energy is a matter of hormone balance…

You can accomplish that through good diet, good sleep, exercise, and an adaptogen.

An adaptogen?

Yes, an adaptogen.

An adaptogen helps us raise hormone levels that should be higher. And it helps us lower hormone levels that should be lower.

Unfortunately, in today’s environment, our bodies are full of high amounts of estrogen.

Adaptogens can decrease harmful estrogen.

Many of us have low testosterone. And an adaptogen can raise our testosterone.

Adaptogens support the body’s own work.

You know how wonderful it would be to get random erections and to be able to have sex for 30 minutes or more.

She’ll be shocked when you stay hard this time…wow, wow, wow.

Here are the adaptogens I recommend…together with a little surprise that I think you will really enjoy!

How I started using vitamin E correctly

High levels of stress hormones are associated with many health problems…

Heart disease, obesity, depression, gut problems, and insomnia are all correlated with high levels of stress hormones.

When people are stressed out in any way, the adrenal glands produce excess stress hormones.

[cmamad id=”17638″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

Chronic activation of the stress circuits can cause health problems.

Science shows that supplemental vitamin E can lower elevated stress hormones and calm the “HPA axis” (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis).

Elevation by Oxidative Stress and Aging of Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal Activity in Rats and Its Prevention by Vitamin E

These animal experiments were conducted at Shibaura Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan. The results were published in the Journal of Clinical Biochemistry and Nutrition.

This study focused on the HPA axis.

The HPA axis is a loop that sends hormones between three parts of the body.

It consists of the hypothalamus (part of the brain), the pituitary (an organ in the brain), and the adrenal cortex (situated on top of the kidneys).

These three parts of the body send messages to each other.

The messages trigger changes in hormones, including stress hormones.

The adrenal cortex releases cortisol – but the signal comes from further up the HPA axis.

The scientists wanted to know if oxidative stress causes changes to the HPA axis.

Oxidative stress occurs when rogue electrons (free radicals) are released in the body.

When oxidative stress occurs, free radicals cause damage to cells and DNA.

Oxidative stress increases with age. And it causes all sorts of systemic damage.

The scientists wanted to find out if this mechanism could cause cognitive deficit – the decrease in intellectual ability seen in aging and dementia.

“The study was conducted in order to determine whether oxidative stress in the HPA axis is related to cognitive deficits.”

The scientists exposed young rats to procedures and compounds that increase oxidative stress.

“When young rats were subjected to oxidative stress, lipid peroxides increased in the HPA axis.”

Lipid peroxides are a source of free radicals.

Increasing lipid peroxides increases oxidative stress.

Scientists found that giving the animals more vitamin E decreased oxidative stress by suppressing lipid peroxides.

“Vitamin E inhibited such increases in lipid peroxides in each organ.”

Hyperoxia occurs when animals are exposed to too much oxygen.

This is one way that free radicals are created and oxidative stress occurs.

Hyperoxia caused oxidative stress – increased levels of stress hormones (CRH and ACTH) in the HPA axis of young animals.

“Levels of corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) in the hypothalamus and plasma levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) were elevated in young rats exposed to hyperoxia.”

When young rats were supplemented with vitamin E the levels of these stress hormones were not elevated by hyperoxia.

“However, young rats fed vitamin E supplemented diets showed no abnormal hormone secretion after being subjected to hyperoxia.”

Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) is released by the pituitary gland.

This hormone then acts on the adrenal cortex to increase cortisol.

Lowering adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) will probably lower cortisol.

Cortisol is one cause of obesity and belly fat.

Corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) are stress hormones in themselves.

Preventing a chronic elevation of both of these hormones is very good for long-term health.

Vitamin E prevents the rise in stress hormones from the HPA axis due to oxidative stress.

The studies showed the benefits of vitamin E in young animals and old animals supplemented with vitamin E.

“These results suggest that oxidative stress induces oxidative damage in the hippocampus and the HPA axis during aging.”

Scientists believe that these results show that oxidative stress can cause cognitive deficits in aging – something you often hear about in Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

“The results suggest that oxidative stress induces oxidative damage resulting in a cognitive deficit in rats.”

Vitamin E deficiency could increase oxidative stress, increasing stress hormones and the chances of cognitive deficits in aging.

There are many different types and blends of vitamin E.

This study used the most well-known form of vitamin E: alpha-tocopherol.

You should see a healthcare professional about problems related to the HPA axis.

This lets oxygen-rich blood fill up your penile chambers.

Imagine a wave of blood cells, each carrying a sack full of oxygen…

…flowing into the penile chambers and covering every nook and cranny with a fresh, nutritious coating.

Penile chambers, abandoned and blocked off for years, are now coming back to life…

And you get better and harder erections than you’ve had since your teenage years.

What triggers this wave of oxygen-filled blood to fill up and restore penile chambers?

This very peculiar and oddly pleasurable 45-second activity is the trigger that charges up the blood with oxygen…

After this activity, your blood will have the tools it needs (oxygen) to restore and cover penile chambers. And no, it’s NOT deep breathing or anything else you may have tried…
